Overall, very good experience in a wonderful setting. Santana Row is a replica of a European Main Street with shopping, restaurants and residences, with outside seating in the closed street.Left Bank Brasserie has an upscale menu of cocktails and food, with a focus on French food. The food was very good but in France, which has very high culinary standards, would probably rate 3 stars instead of 4 here. Little details like the thickness of bread in the French Onion soup were just off a bit. They specialize in cocktails so we were surprised at the bright red color of our Boulevardier...it did not have that darker hue from the bourbon which also tasted like it was missing. Other cocktails sampled were very good however. This place won't transport you back to France if you are looking for their 5-star cuisine, however it does make an excellent facsimile and the food plus setting is a wonderful experience.Parking: There is a large parking garage that was within a 5 minute walk. It was a weeknight and the garage was free but it was almost filled up.

Dinner on a business trip to the US.My boss took me out to dinner today. The appetizers were oysters and escargot, but I chose salmon for the main course, and they were both very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The food and beverages at Left Bank Santana Row are excellent if you know what to order. The trout and French onion soup are typically sure things. The atmosphere is lovely and the location is neat with all of the twinkly lights outside.

They have changed their menu since our last visit, removing a couple of the things I wanted to order. The substitute items were good but not amazing.

Wonderful place for lunch, a bit of a limited "brunch" menu on weekends, big space, can handle large parties.

The menu is not very big, however the dish you choose will not disappoint you. Deli drinks! The atmosphere is nice. You can choose to eat inside, outside or in front of the kitchen, since it is open and you can see how they prepare your dish. The service is very good. I reserved a table and asked please that at dessert time they bring a cupcake with a candle, since that we would be celebrating a birthday and that's what they did. So I definitely recommend it.

Spur of the moment decision , we were lucky enough to get a table for two by the window in the bar section . Service was quick and efficient. Our server made a perfect wine pairing reccomendation . We got the escargots. They came piping hot and with crispy bread to soak in the garlic butter. For main we had the moules-frites , and the grilled pork chop . Highly recommend either one. Coffee and lemon tart to share was the perfect ending .

1st time at this particular Left Bank. The service was over the top good. Responsive, cheerful and patient. Quality food, though know that weekends have a brunch menu vs their normal lunch menu.

Went here on a Monday during lunch hours. Not a busy time so my experience was excellent! I had Escargot for appetizer, Salmon entree & crème Brûlée ? for dessert! Both service & food were great!! I shall return to try their duck. I don’t drink so I can’t speak on their drinks. The environment is beautiful & non-pretentious. Great ambience!Parking: I parked on Winchester Garage (free) & walked to the destination. I love to walk so it wasn’t bad.

I have been to Left Bank many times and will still go there, because i usually really like the food. My French onion soup was lukewarm this time, and the cheese on top looked and felt like a piece of rubber. My Ahi tuna appetizer looked like the same dish i would get from the Poke Bowl take out store. It just wasn't a good lunch, but then again, it was just lunch, and next time, i will just order something else

I have been going to this restaurant for years and has always been a favorite. The last few times the service has really been sliding. It didn't seem to be a lack of staff, no one just seemed to know what to do or who was responsible for what. It took forever to get our order placed..... it took forever to get our drinks.... we could hear other tables around us complaining as well. Our food was delivered and the fries were cold. They did replace them fairly quickly but I also asked for salt and pepper and never received it. I asked another person and finally 10 minutes later someone else brought it. I asked him for another glass of wine which I never got. I asked a 4th person for another glass of wine. It still never showed up. I finally asked someone else and another 10 minutes later someone else delivered it. I was really quite a mess. The table next to us received their appetizer after their main course so they sent the appetizer salad back. A real disappointment from the service side. Hopefully they will figure it out.
