I had a terrible experience at this place. The bouncer, behaved unprofessionally with my friend. They allowed my Sikh friend in with his turban, but later harassed him for entering the place wearing it, the bouncer got physical with him. When we complained to the manager, they denied it and asked us to leave. The staff refused to take responsibility for their rude actions. The bouncer also directed racist remarks towards us.

Think thrice before going to this s*** hole. If only I could give 0 stars. All the male bouncers were perverts. They stood at door of female washrooms hunting for females who were inside. The washroom doors did not close giving entire visual access to all stalls. My girlfriend felt extremely uncomfortable as she wanted to fix her dress but couldn't. She tried closing the washroom door but the bouncer at the door jarred open the door and demanded the door remain open. Tried complaining to the management, but the staff was extremely rude, unapologetic and unaccommodating. We paid $250 per head as entry fee and extra $350 for bottle service only to be sitting idle on the table without alcohol for nearly 45 mins before someone brought our alcohol. To add to this horrible night, their HVAC system was leaking and drops of dirty water kept falling on everyone below it. Absolutely not going back to this horrible s*** hole.

Don’t go to this scam place, they make ppl wait in line in cold chilly night so they can force them to buy vip ticket $40 expensive. Short sighted business minded ppl, they don’t know how much business they are Losing by not letting ppl go in. Look at the long line outside, there is no crowd inside but they make it appear as if they are most busiest place this forcing customers to buy express vip tickets, total scam. I gave up standing in line after 35 min

Came to this lounge for a Halloween event. And security + owner was so rude! Firstly they weren't letting ppl in because they didn't have on a costume. People waited hours and they still wasn't letting them in just because. They had 30min left and instead of telling people "hey we're closed" they decided to pick and choose who they wanted and care less about anyone else. The host of the event always allowed to bring your own bottles and Mary Jane, & I never been to this lounge, also they didn't make it clear on the flyer. Everything was fine until they checked my bag and he was pissed about it so I'm like okay throw it away so I can go in. He was so upset he's like nah bruh f*** you you're not going in. Oh okay bet. They were so unprofessional and do not recommend if you want a good time
