Horrible service, I went to go get a pizza and some breadsticks and the breadsticks looked like they were cooked for a minute. They were basically dough. This place sucks.

ordered online told to come in at 7:50-8pm, no traffic. Called ahead to make sure its ready said order ready, got there said they needed another 15 minutes, waited, after said they lost the order would make a new one immediately waited another 20 minutes. Afterwards, said there was no order put in the system. Been about 55 min no updates, all the workers just say wait one moment then take the next person's order.

New kids working there..who left them in charge cause wow they dont care. Got a refund after waiting 1 hr for 2 pizzas and was still not ready. Wasn't even busy. They just goof off in the back.

Slowest service ever!! Ordered ON THE APP 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread. I arrive a few mins after my estimated pick up time and its not ready. Was told another 4 mins. It took extra 20 mins!! The app also never updated. It says pizza is still in the over 10 mins after placing the order.

Paid for order to be picked up 4:15 at 4:28 it was out and ready to be picked up in 2 MINUTES they managed to “lose” the pizzas. No apology whatsoever just made me wait extra time, horrible customer service!

I ordered a pizza before picking it up, looked at the reviews, and saw that it might be overcooked, opened it, and it turned out like this. How can you give this to people? Is that possible?
