Today, on 12/13/25, around 6:00 PM, I went to order a pizza. The cashier, a rude overwight woman, did not seem to know how to do her job and had a really unpleasant attitude. I had to wait for 20 minutes, and when I asked her about my order, she acted confused as if I had never placed it. I showed her my receipt, and she then told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes. Whoever this person is should focus on serving customers rather than being dismissive.

This is a great spot if you are travel since its smack in the middle of a hotel district and close to the freeway . Get there early as sitting fills pretty fast but the wait is not that long 10-15 depending on the party size. I will say the food is decent and made with love like your mother-in-law made it. These restaurants were great years ago. Some of the magic has worn off but the service is fair and welcoming.

We order pizza here every Friday and are usually happy with it. But today’s cheesesteak pizza was a complete disappointment. There was barely any meat — just a few tiny pieces scattered around, and you simply cannot call that a cheesesteak pizza.

The cheese was mostly in the center, with plain dough around the edges. There were enough peppers and onions, a few mushrooms, but that wasn’t the issue. The main ingredient — the meat — was essentially missing. It tasted more like a vegetable pizza than a cheesesteak.

It’s very disappointing when regular customers receive this kind of quality. We will definitely think twice before ordering this item again.

They do not include plates, peppers or cheese — supposedly the company does not provide - so cheap 🤦‍♀️

I was told that this was a pretzel crust pizza. It does not look or taste like pretzel. A very rude girl waited on me. She argued with me, and told me that this is pretzel crust because it has salt on it. So, I basically got normal pizza crust with salt added to it. Never going to order from this location again.

I understand the economy has sky rocketed but it's abusive when you won't serve the customer properly. $10 pizzas and don't have cheese or chili peppers packets? And what's up with the cashier wearing sweat pants to work and no hairnet? Don't be surprised if health inspection stops by..

Ordered their deep dish combo. Brought it home 10 min away, had to reheat. Pizza was dry and no sauce on pizza. Tasteless. Usually very good but this particular day none of the regulars were working.

Staff will avoid you unless you call for them specifically. Made a group of customers wait in the lobby as they prepared a large order. Even as he was standing around they refused to help anyone until the large order was done. I stood around for 10 mins until I decided to go elsewhere.

This location sucks so bad. The pizza soggy and floppy. The cashier didn't give me my change back n when I asked for it they didn't have any to give me and took it out the tip jar. The back is nasty and absolutely disgusting. Roaches. Tight parking. Wrong orders. Like its lil Caesars its not anything fancy and ofc its going to be run down but this a lil too much now. It needs to be shut down for a week and get a deep clean fr.
