I called this pizza place to check on my order, and the guy with the thick accent picked up the phone as if he believed I had inconvenienced him. Before I could even explain the wrong delivery, he hung up on me mid-sentence—no warning, no excuse, not even a “sorry” for the inconvenience. That’s straight-up disrespectful behavior. As if I needed more insult, the pizza that eventually arrived was completely wrong. Clearly, they went out of their way to piss me off: rude phone handling and wrong food—perfect combo. Please do not waste your money here.

I called to ask about what time this establishment was open till, and was immediately replied to by a very rude employee, saying they didn't take orders over the phone. I had to ask 3 more times about the hours of operation before I got a definitive answer, which was 20 minutes prior to what was posted on their door. The employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've seen other reviews by people who've experienced the same thing, and would NOT recommend being a patron to this store. Would give 0 stars if possible

Beware of spoiled pizza here! I ordered some pizza from this spot and my Hawaiian was spoiled. Like when we opened the box, it smelled like sour milk. My guests who took from that box said it was awful. When I called to inform them, they started to argue that it was fine. The man on the phone got upset and hung up twice on me. I called and requested a manager but of course no manager that day. I just wanted a replacement pizza or an apologize but instead I got rude customers service. I ended up buying more pizza from somewhere else. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don't order from here

So rude they didn’t want to take my order in person after my online order was cancelled and when I went to pick up my new order they put my food at the very bottom warmer on purpose for me to get myself when every other slot was empty.
We came in here to buy the bite-size pizzas and took a bite and realized that it was an old pizza. The Indian guy would not swap it out and was refusing to provide a refund. He was super dismissive and didn’t care and said we had to pay full price in order to get a new one even though there is just one bite missing because it seems like this was sitting since yesterday. It was so hard and dry it was absolutely disgusting.

Set a pick up for 7:45 at around 7:10, the pizza tasted like it was made right away and left to sit for half an hour. Called and complain and the guy wouldn't offer a solution that didn't include me having to drive all the way back that night and then having to drive all the way back home.

We order a pizza (Fresh not hot and go) we call at the store and they told us the pizza it will ready and 10 minutes more, that's not a fresh pizza, so we went at the store and they given us one hot and go that look horrible, the cheese it was hard, the stuffed crazy crust and the cheese inside it was hard as a rock and they sell this product as a fresh! Called and ordered specifically for a "fresh stuffed crazy crust pepperoni." Response "no problem, ready in 10min." I said "10 minutes, that's not fresh." Response " no problem, fresh!" Received a burnt, cold pizza, he he even mentioned "here is your fresh pizza." Terrible lies when you ask them to make you a new, fresh pizza. Never again! Going back for a refund.
