Terrible service, terrible food, not managing drinking water, I asked for water, the service person didn't care.

We ordered Shao Jigong烧鸡公， the taste is ok but it’s over priced. $49 for only very few chickens, much less than half of a chicken, which they claimed. Service also bad, There are very few customers, only see 4 tables for a Sunday lunch time, do not want to eat here again. Around $50 for each person.

This is a decent price ($27) and place for hot pot as compared to its competitors like Seapot that charges close to $40 on weekends. The food selection here is good, though I noticed they had moved some items to premium. The food is fresh. I noticed the servers were sometimes forgetting to bring some of our orders and we had to remind them. I would encourage them to move more items to the self-service bar because this would be less taxing on the servers and customers. Overall, it is a good all you can eat where you don't feel like you're being charged an arm and a leg.

i came here for my graduation day, i was very excited because i love hotpot, the food was decent, but the workers were disrespectful and rude, they would slam the water jug on us and it splashed my grandpa’s face, the service was not it, the atmosphere was okay. tip was required, not okay.

Initially, the restaurant looks nice and modern. As my partner and I sat inside we started noticing how dirty everything was. Our water pitcher had an orange sauce stain on the outside like it hadn't been washed in awhile. Their sauce bar was dirty too. All their sauce bottles had old dried up sauce on the outside where your hand holds it and the insides of the bottles were empty. We told the waiter but he had a hard time understanding us. Food wasnt bad but lacking seasoning, was kinda bland and expensive. We ordered hot pot with a few toppings and 2 bbq items, total came out to $104. Service sucked. They took awhile to bring all of our items out, felt like they forgot about stuff. Lastly, as we paid by the front bar area, I saw a huge bottle of raid stacked on top of some drinks, so gross. I won't come back due to the dirtyness and cost of this place.
The food is so good, and the service also nice. This is the 2nd time i ordered the chicken here.

I saw a COCKROACH under a table after we ate. The worst waiter ever. He stalled before giving us the menu and food which ate into our 90 minute time limit. They also have a mandatory tip which doesnt makes sense because the service there was terrible. Pls close

Be cautious as the sauces are left outside and not somewhere cool*Price: overpriced, $200+ for 6 people *Service: was slow despite there being only 2 parties. There was a 18% service charge for a parties over 5 *Ambiance: it wasn't comfortable eating here. There was no ac and I had to stand up majority of the time to reach for the food. Overall, I won't be coming back here - made me feel sick for a few days.
