Very good
It was very yummy and the meat is very good and a lot
The best hot pot spot in the Bay Area. Best spicy Sichuan broth and the meat ring is so good every time.
Great hotpot, would recommend for sure
The hot pot tasted great and all the sides were great. Price was a bit more than could be expected, I recall the sauces bar is also $3.99 a person I believe. A family of 3-4 getting some side dishes and a drink or two may pay about $125-150, as our bill was about that much. So the price was high - our tablet showed us the incorrect amount since it did not calculate the extra prices (yes, prices) for getting two soups mixed half and half, so we thought it was $110 but was actually $140 once the bill came.
We also tried the pitcher of passion fruit juice (I think $8.99) and it was good and filling for 3-4 people, so a better deal than getting just a glass.
Ordering yourself on the tablets is more difficult than it should be.

Recently I heard that Liu Yishou was newly opened near Apple, so I went to support it. Because it was Valentine's Day, I thought that the service would be warm if there were many people, so I went there at 4:45. However, my friend and I disliked the small number of people there (the front desk waitress personally said: There are so many people today, there are only two of you... This is emotional intelligence, haha). ) was asked by the waitress at the front desk to change to a single-person small pot (Why do you come to your house to eat small pots? Isn’t the Weiding and American Japanese hot pot delicious? If you don’t have a large pot, buy more! As a Sichuan and Chongqing foodie, please don’t do anything fancy, people Don't you deserve to eat at your house? ...) After being rejected by us, he was rudely given to the first table at the condiment table. As soon as we entered, everyone at the first table lined up and came in and out. During the whole meal, our table (not taken in the back) was full of people queuing up to get the condiments. The condiments were next to us and we were forced to wait at our table for more than 20 minutes. There were people standing next to the legs of the people in line. You can make up your own mind about the shelf where the vegetables are placed. Our table is crowded and affected. The design of the condiment table is extremely unreasonable and small. Everyone is crowded together and there is no way to quickly remove and evacuate the fruit (watermelon and orange) from all directions. The side dishes (cooked beef, mixed cucumbers, and the huge and unpalatable pickled radish are all there. Brother, as I mentioned earlier that the side dishes are rich, how much discount will the boss give you?) I ordered the butter pot, but the soup was short and the butter was too thick. After adding a few slices of tripe (as big as half an A4 paper) to the oil, it starts to become mushy, and you need to keep adding broth to dilute it throughout the process. The snowflake beef I ordered was bigger than a size 39 insole and as thick as a barbecue. Just by looking at my chopsticks and the thickness of the cooked meat, I knew how big and thick the meat was. I got tired of eating one slice. It was not a standard thin slice of snowflake at all. The potato slices turned out to be half potatoes. You can see how big they are by looking at the bowl below. I couldn’t take a picture of the real size due to the angle. Anyway, the chef who cuts things in this shop loves big things. Could it be that he also has very good hands? Come on, I wish I could just cut everything and put it on. Why don't you just throw the whole potatoes and beef into the pot? If you can't find a good meat cutter and garnishing chef, just put a knife on each table and we can cut it ourselves. Can we open a store using dim sum and not jeopardize our own brand?
Because there are so many miscellaneous things in the pot. PS: The Yuanyang pot is too shallow. There are many bones and radishes in the old duck soup. The butter will solidify and slowly become thicker, just like gravy. The spinach, lettuce and cabbage cannot be rinsed at all, and the soup is not at all It wasn’t cooked enough (we just used a spoon to pour the soup on the dishes and barely ate them. Because there were people queuing up behind us to watch us eat, we didn’t have the heart to eat at all in the end. The waiter came directly and said to turn off the heat for you... To be honest If it weren't for the thin skin and the fact that the young and handsome waiter needs to earn money... I would not tip a dime.
Note: This store is not at the same level as San Mateo, so don’t brag about it. The dishes on the table (the plate of cooked beef was a side dish and not ordered) and a vegetable platter plus a tip of 142. The only thing I can give is: the parking lot is very convenient and you don’t need to find a parking space, and the waiters are young, handsome, busy and diligent (than My exes are so much more handsome and yet so hard-working...?) Delicious! My family loves it here. Food and soup came out very quickly after we ordered on the tablet. Our staples are the pork tripe-chicken soup and the huge lamb+beef platter.
