I decided to eat here prior to my flight. They were very short handed and the guy taking orders was also prepping food in the back. My food rolled out of their rolling oven and literally sat there for 10 minutes. I ordered the green chili chicken Mac and cheese with an order of loaded tots and specifically asked for "No onions". The guy who was multi tasking cooking food and running the register said: "The tots don't come with onions" "not even our loaded tots come with onions". Even though the menu said they did, I took his word for it. I've attached a pic of my loaded Mac and cheese with no onions. I didn't take them back because I feared it would take another 10 minutes to remake them. The food was blah! The tots were good, minus the onions and then they got soggy really fast. So, if you are ever in Terminal B at the San Jose airport, save your money and eat somewhere else.

I made the mistake of ordering during boarding thinking I had time to snag it before jumping on the plane. My mistake ☠️ I had to cancel and run to board. However, they were nice enough to finish the order and give it to my flight attendant to deliver onboard. That was awesome!! The Mac tastes pretty good. I would say it could use way more bread crumbs and less cook time for the noodles but that's maybe just personal flavor. All in all, great experience and I'm happy to have my Mac and cheese on my boring flight. ? I feel bad for the others around me who have to deal with this tantalizing smell.
I can't call to thank the guys there so I do hope they see this review. Thank you!!

Always my go-to leaving SJC. Decent portion side and fairly flavorful. Staff is super- they always offer to fill up my reusable water. One time they even threw in a free lime ;)

Ordered breakfast before 11:30 apparently the kitchen decided that they were done making breakfast early and no one told anyone sat around waiting for my food for 20 minutes. I finally went up to ask what the hell is going on. All the employees are just standing around talking and the answer was they stopped serving breakfast they give me a refund like .. what ? Worst experience ever

Got this on a whim. Ordered the bacon mac. Short line, short wait, and it was probably the best Mac and cheese I've had in my life. Good enough that I felt like giving a five star review for an airport restaurant for the first time in my life. I do feel that Mac and cheese is a weird dish to experiment too much with, but you can't go wrong with just bacon.

For a place that specialises in Mac & Cheese, this was likely some of the worst Mac & cheese I've ever had. Painfully average beyond description, the staff and service was cold and distant, and the review that says this is a must try in SJC airport couldn't be further from the truth.

I don't exactly regret eating here as it is the airport after all and portions are generous. Bacon Mac was edible but needed salt (ironic?) because there is basically no cheese flavor. Not a good trait of Mac and cheese. Tasted like bacon and cream. Texture is good.

Gluten free classic Mac & cheese and Gluten free chicken pesto Mac, absolutely fabulous! It’s at the end of the terminal but very worth it!!! Bar with great service!

The service was lovely. The mac and cheese was truly terrible - watery, not much cheese, and the smallest possible amount of chicken and bacon mixed in. It’s hard to give it more than a two because they essentially only make one thing and it is just not done well.
