Who would have thought of a restaurant that serves all Mac and cheese variations with wines and bourbon? I passed in the bacon Mac and cheese and all the breakfast Mac and cheeses and Pulled pork Mac and cheese. I went for the Mac and cheese grilled sandwich, an incredible twist on this standard kids treat. Awesome. I passed on the bourbon at this early hour Full bar height seating with an area of accessible height to the bar. Readable dark menus with white letters are posted on wall and laminated menus are white with dark letter Accessible restrooms in central airport areas with diaper changers. Paid parking van accessible in airport lot

Friendly staff and a simple menu for children. The staff members gave my picky water a free sample of the Mac and cheese and offered to make him a customized crossiant egg and cheese, which was not on the menu! I was blown away with their hospitality. Probably helped that it wasn't crowded. Now we have a new favorite place at the airport.

Not sure why a lot of 1 stars, but anyway my experience was extremely pleasant the two times I’ve been here. I got the burrito with cilantro and thought it did need a bit more so I got the one with ham and sausage this second time.
Anyway the supervisor the first visit was very cheerful and everyone was pleasant considering it was 7am. The 2nd time I think it was the manager and he hooked me up with a coffee (i did buy a main and side), not sure if he was just cool or saw I was military; or both.

Ordered pesto Mac. Neglected to include advertised chicken.
This was shockingly enjoyable airport food. The prices were fair, relatively speaking, and the portions stout. The Chicken Pesto was flavorful and rich. They have a well-appointed full bar and a fine selection of cans and bottles. To Corporate: The courtesy and good humor of Tim, the general manager, is a credit to your brand.

Meh, not impressed, but OK considering it is an airport restaurant and there are not many other options around. Fast service though, but it was pretty empty, just a couple of other folks. I had BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese.

I decided to eat here prior to my flight. They were very short handed and the guy taking orders was also prepping food in the back. My food rolled out of their rolling oven and literally sat there for 10 minutes. I ordered the green chili chicken Mac and cheese with an order of loaded tots and specifically asked for "No onions". The guy who was multi tasking cooking food and running the register said: "The tots don't come with onions" "not even our loaded tots come with onions". Even though the menu said they did, I took his word for it. I've attached a pic of my loaded Mac and cheese with no onions. I didn't take them back because I feared it would take another 10 minutes to remake them. The food was blah! The tots were good, minus the onions and then they got soggy really fast. So, if you are ever in Terminal B at the San Jose airport, save your money and eat somewhere else.

I made the mistake of ordering during boarding thinking I had time to snag it before jumping on the plane. My mistake ☠️ I had to cancel and run to board. However, they were nice enough to finish the order and give it to my flight attendant to deliver onboard. That was awesome!! The Mac tastes pretty good. I would say it could use way more bread crumbs and less cook time for the noodles but that's maybe just personal flavor. All in all, great experience and I'm happy to have my Mac and cheese on my boring flight. ? I feel bad for the others around me who have to deal with this tantalizing smell.
I can't call to thank the guys there so I do hope they see this review. Thank you!!

Always my go-to leaving SJC. Decent portion side and fairly flavorful. Staff is super- they always offer to fill up my reusable water. One time they even threw in a free lime ;)
