Was really excited by the pictures and was awaiting a good Mac a cheese....but that was short lived. Got the Surf and Turf with shrimp and bacon, shrimp was burned and cheese sauce was completely watered down with zero flavor. Complete disappointment and not worth it in anyway...zero star.

Can't find this shop. Its listed as being between the movie theatre and the mendocino farms farms but it isn't anywhere to be found. There is a new bbq chicken place in between, so maybe its out of business? The web page says its here but....

I ordered a original Mac and cheese for my toddler and extra cheddar cheese. I just want the most plain one. But it came out it has blue cheese on top and I don’t see any extra cheddar cheese on top. It has no taste, it doesn’t look appealing. My son don’t even want a bite. And I tasted it, not good at all. And it’s $14+

Both times we visited "Meso" Mediterranean restaurant, we need to schedule our reservation ahead of time. Staff was very flexible and polite. Halloween night was super busy. We hardly waited for our appetizers. Amazing food was served ideal to the perfection. Second visit we invited our friends to "Meso". It was best compliment to the chef when all plates are empty. Waiter was elegant and very patient with our choices. All plates arrived hot with appealing design. Interior was fully decorated for Halloween celebration. Lots of people were dressed in their costumes. Everything was smooth and 3 hours passed super quickly. We had amazing evening and very memorable time with our friends. Thank you for making this special evening possible for us!

My son was turning 5, and naturally he wanted Mac & Cheese for his birthday dinner. I went on Yelp to see what catered to this specific taste, and found Mac 'n Cheese Shop. Even better, it had a 20% off coupon on a whole order for checking in.So I checked in and went to Left Bank to order and take to go; Mac 'n Cheese seems to be one of those ghost kitchens, as was suggested by the coupon.When I arrived, I asked at the hostess stand to order Mac & Cheese to go, and she said "Oh, we don't do that anymore." I showed her the coupon and she said, "Palo Alto still does. I didn't know that was still on Yelp." Huge inconvenience for me and my family, and then I had to drive around in rush hour traffic like a chicken with my head cut off until I could find another place (hint: Noodles & Company is no longer at Valley Fair Mall, either).

I was delivered moldy food. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and it looked great when I opened the lid. It came with two pieces of chicken and I finished the first piece along with half the macaroni before I flipped over the second piece of chicken and found spots of mold. Unbelievable! This is like the stuff out of Kitchen Nightmares and I can't believe I ate half of it. I'm not sure if I ate any directly moldy parts but mold spreads and isn't always visible. The food itself was okay, though way too pricy for the quality.

We started with the Kufta Meatballs. 5 small meatballs in a nice sauce. For mains we had Squid Ink Fettuccine and Lamb Shank Tagine. Both were really good. Especially the pasta. Good service. Very nice meal experience.
I hope this star rating helps them get back on track. Please consider the reviews that are criticizing the food itself; other things, like being difficult to find, are not entirely within your control, but maybe you can get a sandwich board sign to help people find it. As for the food, if your whole shop is about one dish, then please do it right. Maybe change the whole recipe, as the current reviews are indicating it needs a major overhaul. Best of luck to you and hope these stars help you get back on track!

This restaurant is of decent quality. They were rather difficult to find though, my colleague and I had to circle around the shopping/business plaza this place was in a few times and then had to walk around and find the exact suite number of the business. It turns out that this restaurant operates within another restaurant, we did not find this out until we called Meso and asked (we assumed that Meso had just taken the spot of Mac n Cheese Shop after they closed for business). We ordered and were informed that somehow it is take out only for the Mac n Cheese Shop (Meso at this time was completely empty and it was quite cold out). The portion size for the amount that we paid was a little smaller than desirable.. but the food itself was pretty tasty. I don't know if I could justify a $19 bowl of Mac n Cheese again in the future, but if the prices were reasonably adjusted I could make this spot a regular lunch habit.

Went here for a business dinner and was not disappointed. My reservation wishes were all accommodated. All dishes I ordered were delicious. In fact, I wish I had a second portion. Service was a little slow, but we had a good conversation.

I was curious what it takes to get 2 stars as a restaurant. Now I know.It’s nearly impossible to find because it’s run out of another restaurant, and when you do find it the food is alright. It’s on the bland side, but you do get quite a lot of volume
