I like the milk tea with 10% sugar. They have restrooms for customers.
Highly recommend getting their Chi-Chi drinks sub with boba.
Great spot for tea!
We ordered Matcha tiramisu. It was not worth the price you charged.
First, the smoothie was full of big chunks of ice. The taste was not great as well.
Second, the cup is too tall and the straw is too short. Imagine having 1 inch to hold to swirl the thick slush.
Third, the shop was very hot.
Nice mango 🥭🥭🥭 smoothies😋😋💗🫶
Fresh and tasty.
Seriously some of the best bubble teas I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty. Service is whatever but drinks are what matter

Only got to try the chocolate tiramisu. It was definitely very chocolatey, but was a bit too sweet for my liking, with no way to adjust that.
The seating area was bright which was nice
Would be interested to try some other drinks, maybe fruity ones, from here

I said hi 3 time but the barista just stared at me and never said hi back not even gave me a smile. Well if you intend to say he didn't hear I say hi, okay then should he greetings the customers at first? Rule service.

I tried their Chi Chi Grape Smoothie and their Matcha Tiramisu they were both pretty good. I would recommend trying their Chi Chi Grape smoothie - not many boba places offer this drink.

Staffs here need more training. They keep going back and forth, confusing about making orders. There are a lot of people in line and they don't take orders, keep calling for people to pick up while they are not ready yet. Matcha tiramisu is full of ice with the price of more $7.

I get the matcha tiramisu. No adjustments allowed because it's blended but it's not too sweet anyways. Honestly tastes more like matcha Oreo which I don't mind but if you're looking for that tiramisu flavor then I'd get something else. They have a lot of seating in the small store. The parking lot can get busy during the day.

Boba is okay at best. They discontinued their rewards app/points after I saved up enough points for two free drinks! And they don't offer to transfer points or redeem, just "sorry we don't do that anymore"??? There's at least 4 other BETTER boba spots in this very plaza. Disappointing service from a chain boba place.EDIT: Confused by their reply. They don't let you redeem points at all from clover. I asked. Obviously you could make it right by allowing me to redeem or transfer my points. I won't be coming back to Macu tea as you have lost my trust.
