Maggiano's Little Italy

We went for my son's 18th birthday. We were very disappointed in the food changes and choices. Use to get chopped salad with romaine lettuce and now it's different and not good. Used to have four cheese ravioli and take one home. Now thats gone and that was the best benefit for Maggiano's. The service was poor. Had to ask another server for utensils as they cleared our table just the salad and took the bread. They changed the set up of the table and there were no knives for the bread. Really stupid. We will not be going back anytime soon we have had 3 big banquet parties over the years and this WAS my son's favorite place. Not anymore sadly.

Perfect food, accomodating server - he was the best! He made sure we are all get what we needed and he answered all our questions regarding the food! He even talked to the chef on our special request due to one of our friend's constraints! Recommended!

Service was not good. We were rushed the entire time. Our mains came out before we were even halfway through the starters and we were presented with the bill before finishing and even asking if we wanted anything else. Would never go again.

i miss the family style menu, the prix fixer is too much food but love to share for group of 6-8.

During reservations i mentioned that it's Birthday dinner and requested a note on the table for that. I also requested table next to the window. However both of my requests weren't accommodated and staff not even mention that.

This place is a must. Delicious food, amazing drinks and great atmosphere.

The food was not as good as expected. But the service is worst than i expected. Served you once & never again asked if we needed anything. Once they give u ur order thats it! Gone like a wind!

My drinks came in late as well. Soda tasted like cleaninh product & table & chair was not clean upon arrival. Made a reservation & still got dirty tables & chairs.

We went this evening for our anniversary.
Food is absolutely great like great great!!
Although, more than food we loved the service and gesture we felt so welcomed.
Mr. Juan was assisting as and he did the great job. He is so polite and patient we felt so involved:) a big thanks for making our day more special and memorable :)
Overall, great experience must must must visit!!!!

Loved the food overall - the chicken piccata & fettuccine bolognese were my favorite. The manager was super gracious and even treated me to dessert due to a hiccup in my experience at first. Thanks for a great dinner!

Its easy to get lost in Santana row and go to a restaraunt where the food is way to dainty for your massive appetite or for your whole fam.

This is the italian place that you actually want to go to when your actually hungry

The fried zucchini is crisp, not greasy. Meatballs are Massice soaked in rich sauce. Chicken Parm is crunchy, cheesy, and balanced. Lasagna is layered just right—creamy, saucy, satisfying. Salmon is tender and well-seasoned.

The whole spread feels generous and homey, but with a touch of elegance. No frills, no flash—just good food done right. Humble, delicious, and perfect for sharing.

OMG Martin, our server was outstanding. This place is definitely one of the most fantastic places in Santana Row. Highly recommend the server was just remarkable. Definitely recommend all the plates and dishes are wonderful. We loved it.

Our server was excellent. He was so attentive. We were very happy. We had children with us and he handled us. Our server was savior my 33 year-old son said that was the best server we had in a long time

Expensive, in a noise outside location, soupy pasta sauces, a disgrace to Italian food. Not worth it for this Italian!
