I love this neighborhood bagel shop! I found this place over 10 years ago when I wanted breakfast on Christmas morning and they were the only ones open. I've been coming here often ever since and now my kids love it. Chocolate bagels for the win!

Service is normally great here, even when they’re slammed busy but today was so bad. They were prioritizing DoorDash orders and we waited over 20 minutes for our order: a few toasted bagels with various spreads. We only got our order because we kept asking for an update. When I ordered my bagel selection was available but because every DoorDash order seemed to have it they ran out. I was forced to pick another bagel they wouldn’t let me cancel for a refund. Wasn’t only me disappointed, there were a few other people talking to about the wait and being ignored asking why orders weren’t being fulfilled. This is one of the places I always visit when I am back in town. Bagels are consistently good but the service was awful today. Such a bummer.

We are from SJ but live near Folsom now and it’s the first place we come when we are in SJ, there is no other bagel like it and the owner is so friendly. They work hard and are so busy.

I’ve ordered the vegan with humus and no avocado. I got a rather small bagel which did not manage to “hold up” to its content. The fact they cut the bagel to two when it’s wrapped up added to the mess. Not a good return on the money. In a word: meh, In a sentence: Nothing to write home about

❤️ Scored garlic bagels with butter was superb. Very soft and they don't skimp on butter so it's a treat ❤️ Thai iced tea was too good.

THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. Staff here is racist, dismissive and rude every time I’ve stopped into this location so today is the last time I’ll spend my money here. Get your bagels literally anywhere else otherwise you’ll get scammed.

Main St.Bagels was so delicious i had to wait for the second bite.
I just came here to order a bagel and had the worst experience ever with one of the women in there. She had horrible customer service. She seemed very irritated when I asked her a question about what kind of cream cheese she had when I was asking her questions. She was rolling her eyes at me Even with her bad attitude. I still ordered a bagel with cream cheese from her, and when she gave me my money back, she threw it at me and I asked her if she was OK because that was rude to throw change at somebody because she’s in a bad mood. She didn’t apologize and started yelling at me because I was unhappy with her whole attitude and with her throwing change at me, I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here because the customer service is horrible.

Would've given this place five stars but docked one because while i was eating and enjoying the nice quiet vibe, one of the employees sat down and started chatting on her phone with it on speaker. You can go outside and take a phone call or wait until the place is empty. It was just a bit rude. Other than that food was really good.

BEWARE IF YOU MAKE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE THEY DONT START MAKING IT TILL YOU ARRIVE AND PAY FOR IT. Placed an order at 9:25am came to pick it up at 9:57am and they had not prepared anything. Once I got my turn to talk to the cashier 5 minute in line I was told to pay for it and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. So a total of 40 minutes to get bagels and cream cheese.
