Would've given this place five stars but docked one because while i was eating and enjoying the nice quiet vibe, one of the employees sat down and started chatting on her phone with it on speaker. You can go outside and take a phone call or wait until the place is empty. It was just a bit rude. Other than that food was really good.

Absolutely love this place I have been coming here since I was one year old prices do not go up that often and service is impeccable. I love their blueberry cream cheese with blueberry bagel combination bagels in San Jose.
