First time coming here. I pass it all the time and decided to give it a try yesterday. Pulled pork burger was dry af, what sauce was on the meat was barely anything to give it any taste and honestly the fries were too. Idk what they put on them, tasted like a mix between sugar and salt? And by the time i got home (was only a few minutes) the fries were plain luke warm, not hot, but luke warm. But the service was okay and so was the portion. Might go back in the future but this...
Saw this place on TikTok & was expecting it to be true to the video. Unfortunately, the brisket was dry as heck and the ribs were not fall off the bone as stated. Somewhat dry too & definitely a bite & pull like crazy. Service & staff were awesome but I’m not sure if this was just an off day for them but the food was dry & not hitting. Definitely a one & done for me.
The pulled pork is fantastic. Perfect level of bark, and the smoke ring was perfect. We ordered a half rack of pork ribs which were outstanding! Dry rubbed, smoked to perfection. Add some of their signature bbq sauce (you don't need it) but their regular and spicy BBQ sauce both are excellent!
Bottom line! This is the best BBQ in San Jose!
