I have fond memories of Marie Callenders, but it's over now.

This review is purely based on their coconut cream pie. We were given one this week and it's delicious! It's so good that it's dangerous for your waist.

The staff here including the manager are nice and provide good customer service & the food quality is good . however on most recent visit1-2-22 I ordered a quart of chili and request two large containers of onions and two large containers of onions anytime I go to Marie Callender's and order chili this is what I request and Iam never given grief or charged extra for it the manager explained what they normally give which is a small container of cheese and onions to be frank at 17$ a quart if someone wants that extra cheese and onions give it to them with a smile manager comes back with one larger container Ed onions and one larger container of cheese at this point like ok Iam still not getting what I asked for clearly the owner of this place is to blame for the condiment meisering next time I will just go to the Sunnyvale location they have never ever left me feeling disappointed oh yes and I always tip well 25-30% Below is picture of what large and small container look like two large containers of onions and two large containers of cheese is not too much to ask for when ordering a QT of chili sorry not sorry initially they tried to only give me one small container of onions and one small container of cheese

Great date night tonight! Hubby and I shared a turkey club and Marie Callender's famous chicken pot pie! Wonderful! Stephanie made the best lemon drops! Make sure you ask for her for friendly service and wonderful lemon drops

Man what a disappointment. I've always loved and looked forward to Marie Callender's pies. What happened?! I ordered a pumpkin cheese cream pie I believe it was called( it's on the pre order menu not the regular menu) and a chocolate cream pie. First, the pumpkin cheese cream pie, literally just whipped topping (not sure if it was even real cream) with a smear of pumpkin! Not good at all. And the chocolate cream was nothing but pudding on an under baked crust! Not sure what's happening to the quality but these pies are definitely not what they used to be!

Whoever answer the phone just now is so rude. I was telling them about my unpleasant experience ordering a pie and they said thats not true that didnt happened she told me to do whatever I want and hung up on me. This is not even a speckle of customer service is more like customer murdering.TERRIBBBLEEEEEE

Just went to order pies. Forgot my tins. Asked manager how much she gives, she says 80 cents per tin. Max 10 tins. I drive al the way home, get my tins,,only grabbed 5. I had just gotten them from thanksgiving. They had Marie Callendar logos engraved on them. That's all they take is there's. manager refused 4 of them. Only took one. She said they were stained. What, I just washed them from thanksgiving, that's it. She was a total b***** and wouldn't take the rest of them. They didn't even have a dent. Don't go there. Awful service. Awful management.

This is more like 2.5 stars. Such a disappointment. This is a review for the bakery and not the restaurant. We stopped by to pick up a Chocolate Satin pie for my daughter's birthday. They gave us the wrong pie. They gave us the less expensive chocolate pie, which was not very good. Yes, we served it. What are you going to do when it is a birthday celebration? We didn't have the option of returning it. And, I did look at the pie before we left, but other than validating it was chocolate, I don't know the difference by sight. The decorations looked like what I saw in pictures online. I normally would not bother to put a review up on something like this, because we all make mistakes, but this is not the first time it has happened. This is the 3rd pie they got wrong and it always seems to happen when we are celebrating something. They need to come up with a better system so that similar pies do not get confused and they make fewer mistakes. I know a lot of Marie Callenders have been closing and I really want them to stay open. I hope they can find a way to do better.

I definitely was impressed with the line this morning Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving 8am when they opened up. Drove by Peters and it was all the way to the cover 5 times as long as Marie Callenders. I was a walk in which had a limitations but nothing I couldn't live without, grateful for the service and efficient line. The long lady at the day was pleasant and continuously engaged with the line to make sure they customers were in the correct line. She interacted with the children and was positive. I liked the way she was firm yet kind. The female manager seemed more in it for the image and I didn't approve of the way she handled talking to her employee in front of the customers. An attitude of gratitude for your employees on a day like this goes a long way especially when they are working 12 hour shifts. Just a thought from a woman your age with a daughter the age of your employees, having worked in the busiest bakery in the Bay Area myself. All in all I would hands down say this place is the place to go for pies! They are double in price for the Holiday's but the line is priceless. Just my slice of the pie! Will be back for sure throughout the year for their pie sales! Amazing selection, flavors and savings!

We went in and noticed an otdor like a backed up sewer or maybe a mildew rag was used on the table. Ordered dessert and it was a very, very tiny slice. Not worth $6+ . Waiter never asked if we would like a refill on our beverage. Then waiter forgot to give me back my credit card. He just brought back the paid receipt. I had to ask for my credit card and was told that he must have left it in the machine.

I'd give it 0 stars if I can. I had a chicken pot pie DoorDashed to me and I got this piece of flavorless destroyed crap. See pictures. The crust was broken and hard. It didn't taste like a puff pastry - soft and crispy. The filling was extremely bland. Ever heard of salt and pepper? My understanding of a chicken pot pie is the filling is crusted all around like a pie, not a pie crust on top. There was barely any filling. It was more like a pea pot pie. There was barely any chicken, 3 tiny pieces of carrot, but a lot of peas and sauce. They didn't even bother to include utensils and napkins. Absolutely terrible. Never again. Can't believe I spent $15 on this. The Safeway chicken pot pie for $6-7 tastes way better than this! Or their frozen supermarket version! You'd think the "restaurant" version is better. Beaten by their frozen aisle version...at a fraction of the price. Pitiful.

KILLER food and very filling. The atmosphere was more modern than I expected but the restaurant had a beautiful interior, wonderful staff, and delicious food. Highly recommend the crispy green beans as an appetizer.
