One of the BEST Honduran restaurants I’ve been to in the Bay Area. As a Honduran, born and raised, the baleadas tasted just like home. My husband ordered the yuca con chicharrón and said it was the best he’s had in the Bay Area. Staff was super friendly, we are definitely coming back for more!

The pupusas and baleadas were so delicious. The tortillas are very well made in house. The platanos fritos with the beans were really good also. The honduran tamales are very tasty. Amazing honduran experience. Definitely highly recommend!

Try their beef soup and chicken soup. Smell so good! My wife wanted to have soups from Maya's Cafe every time she delivers a baby. So comforting.

The food is tasty, it was my favorite place, but one day I ate two bullets and I got very sick. I spent five weeks with chills and very weak and tired, I was admitted to the emergency room and the doctors found nothing, I felt like I would die, and I went to In my country, the doctors said that there were three types of bacteria in my stomach, and what happened is that those bullets were contaminated with that of people, the employees did not wash their hands when going to the bathroom, because I am sure that I was contaminated there because I ate them at night and the next day I was swollen and I didn't eat anything again for 5 weeks I lost 13 pounds in just 5 weeks, the owners should be more careful with hygiene with employees

Best super baleadas and seafood soup EVER! We have been coming to this place for almost 3 years, and we go at least 3 times a month because we love their service, their food. They are always so nice and kind to serve you and the environment is amazing to go with the family and your kids

best chimichanga i've ever had, their burrito mojados are lovely, pupusas on point, soups come out hot and are great for sharing (at least two people unless you eat alot). i could eat a Baleada everyday - their tortillas are homemade. i actually don't need much salsa (tasty tho) when i eat here bc their food is so flavorful, very clean as well. highly recommend this spot - they get pretty busy and it can get loud, family friendly tho
