This McDonald’s is the closest to my house but I would rather drive to the McKee location . Service is slow , food sometimes is cold , they seem To have a problem getting orders right . The dining room is always dirty and Upolstery on seating is all worn out. Soda machine is always out of order . This place gets a grade of a D In my opinion .

Drinks were all flat and watered down. Food was dry. Customer support did not help either. Edit: To McDonald’s response, I actually the day I ordered put out a claim using the same email as my review account and simply received an apology but no refund or credit. I ended up throwing the food away that day from how it was and received nothing else.

Was just in there yesterday getting food and got my monopoly stickers. Today I went back for the exact same order, when I got my order, I didn't get over half of the stickers. I called and some lady that barely speaks English says no, they don't go on the stuff I bought, then I told her, I bought the same thing yesterday and got it. She then tells me that they are sold out. Always lying. I would never trust this McDonald's, I don't recommend anyone else doing to this McDonald's. If they are blatantly lying about a little free stickers, what else could they be lying about your food? Your bill? Your order? I would never trust them. Horrible customer service.

I ordered small fries and 1 large fry, 20 chicken nuggets and 2 mcchickens they only gave me my fries and chicken nuggets and no mcchickens and they still made me pay for the 2 mcchickens that I never got.

Horrible attitude. Employee yelling at customers and threatened to close their accounts because they ordered with coupons. I was present and was completely shocked and appalled by this behavior. Why would you offer coupons if you're not allowed to use them?

It's kind of bullshit that you have to order your food through a kiosk now at McDonald's no personal human interaction no smiles just a stupid computer and if you haven't done it it really sucks 'cause it takes too long you stand there and it's stupid whatever happened to human contact and paying young kids to do a computer's job Or anybody to do a computer's job all about profit If they're not having so many employees you could think they could lower the price on their food We bought the bare minimum just so we can get something to eat not so we can enjoy McDonald's

I was able to order in the app and was charged. The guy in the picture didn’t even tried talking to me despite having a receipt. Basically stole money from me.
They dont have terrible service for order pick (which is the only way I order) and the food is well McDonald's food. But I am annoyed that since the release of the pumpkin pies they have been currently unavailable. From the first day until today. And I've checked at all hours of the day and different days. If you're not going to carry it then just dont put it on the menu!

I’m too busy to drive back to get my food made right. I paid for extra meat on my burger and it’s not there. What the heck ?????????????? There more onions than meat. Wait time 56 minutes, finally got the wrong order and nothing was fresh. 2 people got in fight over the number in line. Very messy atmosphere and unhelpful staff.
