Warning for Happy Meal Toy Collectors: Do NOT rely on the McDonald's app indicating a certain toy collection is available.
We found that the toy collection we wanted was available at this particular location (Story) using the app, so we made a mobile order to pick up 3 Happy Meals here. We had checked other locations on the app, and those locations said they were out of stock. (We were looking for the Little McDonald's collection).
We didn't realize until we got home that the toys were NOT from the collection indicated on the app. They were from an older one. It was disapponting.
It is misleading that the app says our order will include toys from the Little McDonald's collection, but we were given something else instead. It's like buying 2 chicken sandwiches on the app and receiving 2 hamburgers instead because they were out of chicken but didn't say so on the app.
I give this location 2 stars because the employees inside are doing their job, and the rest of the order was fine. But whoever manages what's in stock at this location on the app is shady.
Horrible service , they forget items constantly ordered through door dash and forgot 2 drinks 4 fries and one of the sodas was flat.

Order online to pick up via drive thru which made the pickup tricky. Maybe have two lines to pull in rather than one. People were trying to pick the fastest lane which made for a bigger line. You do have to factor in that it was almost closing time so you had your late night rush. Not McDonald's fault so no blame on them. Over all the food was good, hot and fast. Staff did a good job keeping the lines moving.

I can't give a single star for the atmosphere. I don't like giving negative reviews, but here we go. Absolutely no engagement with customers. You have to use the kiosk. I forgot my debit card, and I wait 8 minutes for them to come to the register to pay. Then, walking through the dining area to the playground with my granddaughter, there's a huge pool of chunky bright pink vomit all over the table and floor on the huge communal table with stools. 🤢(HUGE AMOUNT) When the employee brought our food, She looked at it on the way there and on her way back. It didn't get cleaned up. My granddaughter wanted dessert. A different employee brought our dessert, looked at the vomit, and ignored it. I tried to tell someone about it, but it took 8 minutes to get someone to the register, and we were on the road for several hours, we were starving. I didn't want my food to get cold. I've been to many McDonald's around the country, and this was the worst restaurant I've ever visited! I'm so glad they have tables in the play area. We didn't have to try to eat in the vomit room. Also, the chicken nuggets are smaller than any McDonald's I've visited. The next time we come to San Jose, we're not going to visit this restaurant EVER AGAIN!

I ordered 20 McNuggets, 1 Caramel Frappe, One OJ and 2 Large fries, The OJ was missing and they gave me two Fantas instead of the two fries. Do better.

Wrong sandwich charge more money
Today, around 10 p.m., we ordered a number 1 combo and happy meal and discovered that they had given us the incorrect combo meal, so we had to return to have it fixed. We were really kind about it; we simply requested for our meal to be replaced with the meal we had purchased, but the manager, out of the entire team, was extremely upset about it. He made little attempt to communicate and was surly; we anticipated more customer service from him, but he appeared annoyed to be there.

My drive through order was "accidentally" picked up by the driver in front of me. McDonald helped me produced my order very quickly again.
