Curbside pickup did not work so I went inside waited over 10 minutes for someone behind the counter even recognize that I was there even though I asked. Food was ready and picked up off the counter with the bag then they asked me to log in and prove that I was there to pick it up but the application has failed She finally slid my food toward me and told me go ahead and take it I will not return

Count your change, the worker at the first window tried to cheat me by not entering correct amount that I gave him. He almost got away with keeping some money. I gave him $20.52 not $14.52. Brought it to the managers attention was told don't worry about it. Cool I reported it to corporate.

I ordered food 30 minutes before I get here so I can pick it up and head to work immediately, this lady right here would not give it to me despite my orders being the only 2 that are ready to pick up, something that would take less than 2 seconds to do and made me wait 10 minutes while making and handling out new orders for spanish customers only, orders that came after mine. Blatant racism towards asians.
This mcdonald's place is perfect to bring kids in and to eat because it has a play ground and inside the playground it has tables so parents can watch thier kids play not only that it has good fast service and the bathrooms are clean but you have to ask an employee for the code.

The staff and food are ok. BUT!! The soap machine in the woman’s restroom doesn’t work even though it’s filled up. Then when I went to get my food from the counter, the empty cup had hair in it. Yuck. The soda machines were all watered down as well and half were not working: this store needs some serious upgrades

I'm very upset because this is the fourth time I order here, and I have NEVER received ketchup. usually I order on DoorDash and I always asked for extra ketchup and they never put ketchup in the bag, last time I ordered a McChicken Combo and they gave me the whole order wrong, they gave me chicken nuggets instead of the McChicken, the orange juice tastes like water and even there wasn't a straw in the bag. The last time I put 10 ketchup packs in my cart and again, I haven't received anything.
