I once sat in the lobby waiting on my order for 15 or 20 minutes just to see the next 7 people who came in after me get there food almost right away. I waited a few more minutes and they still never called my order. I got sick of waiting and just got a refund. If those employees aren't lazy forgetful workers I don't know who or what is. Go to any other one than this smh.

This place is the worst, service is beyond horrible. The employees are lazy and lack basic customer service skills. Every time our orders get missed or wrong, they make you go park and wait only to get it your order wrong once again, now you have to get off and make your way inside only to deal with more incompetence and nasty irresponsible attitudes. Stay away from this place. Close it down for all I care....I rather drive further to get better service.

Its too freaking bright.. aren't cafe's suppose to like cool not like your under pressure from an interrogation? Enjoyable the service provided but can't really enjoy a space you come inside to eat and feel like your under observation and under the sunlight.. But I commend your staff at this location they are great!
