How do you go through the drive-in I do it for $6 sandwiches. They charge me another 20.
They're going to give me back the 19
McDonald's wants me to call my bank for the other $6 and he won't give me my money back he wants me to call the bank to get my $6 back he's lying to my face the cashier speaking to me in Spanish I have no idea why now I have to call my bank to get my money back and I'm going home without a sandwich I came to McDonald's to eat this is such a low class McDonald's

I have been to more than 10 McDonald's locations in the Bay Area, and this one has the worst staff attitude—especially that female manager, who is extremely rude, impolite, and has a terrible demeanor. Terrible review!

They ran out of boo buckets but still had display & no sign to indicate they were out. They gave me the happy meals in paper boxes with old toys & when I paused, wait you're out of boo buckets, the supervisor was very rude when I told him they still show on the self check kiosks & he said, we cant control what they say. I suggested they could at least put up a sign. He continued to be rude. Also, the chicken nuggets were awful. Thin & over cooked & frys were terrible. Lunch should be fresh at 11am. Not the first time the food was not good. I may not give them anymore chances.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The food came out hot and fresh—crispy fries, juicy burger, and the perfect amount of salt and seasoning. I was surprised by how quickly everything was ready, even though it was fairly busy. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. I also appreciated how easy it was to order using the kiosk, and my order came out exactly as requested. It’s a reliable place for a quick, satisfying meal. Will definitely come back!
