First employee tried to hand me the wrong order, second one corrected him when I looked confused by the contents. I ordered a large shake but was given a medium. When I approached them about this the guy told me it’s a large. I go to McDonalds often enough to know their sizes, and my friend ordered a medium soda that came in the same size cup. Also took my friend’s order wrong. On the flip side the shake was one of the better ones I’ve had in a while, so food was decent but service was terrible.

These prices feel like I am at the airport. They do not have sweet tea or regular tea. They advertise lemonade but don't have it. I feel bad for this location, the higher ups need to step up. These workers are working hard but are limited because of the management short comings.

Ok when I'm starving and on the road or when I'm just driving around McDonald's is my go to. Download the app and get rewarded with free food and lots of good deals. At times I'll use the buy one get one Big Mac free and buy 2 large cooks and donate a meal to hungry stranger. That's my go to order. I even love eating the cold Big Mac. Not the fries tho it's gotta be hot. With the app you can do curbside pickup and they bring the food out to you. It's so much faster than drive thru. Not much you can say about Mickey Ds except get free food by getting the mobile app. I've got 30k points. Keep an eye out tho pints expire after a year. So I have points expiring monthly since I've been a member for awhile. Happy Fry Day

Regular McDonald’s policies don’t apply here. Even manager is either unaware or acting being unaware. All McD provide free refill on large sodas but this one doesn’t. It’s not about the cost of the soda but company wide policy should be honored.

Order 202 October 7,2022 Bought a large Coke. Waited. Heard numbers 203-207 get called up. Customers after me who ordered got their orders first. Went to ask the guy who rang me up. He said to wait and that they were pushing out orders. Asked another person and she gave me a diluted coke with the ice all melted. I know you guys are busy and understaffed, but I literally just got a drink and it was just left there and I was brushed away like some monogoloid. Smh McDonald's git gud. At least get average.
Overall, McDonald's food is trash quality, but we all are familiar with it and most of us are willing to eat it. They have all the same items as the stand alone store fronts, but their employees tend to not be the brightest around. They have no problem asking d*** questions like, "Would You Like Ice" or "Did you want a bag for your to go order", so if you don't expect much then you won't be disappointed. I would have given them two stars but because they are still cheaper than all the other food options in the food court, they slid by.

Cheating store. I buy 20 mc chicken nuggets. But they put only 9 pieces ea h box. So, total only 18. This happen for me 5 times. Before i dont care much because i think they do too fast and has mistake. But everyweek i bring my kids to shopping mall and eat McDonald when i order mc chiken nuggets is happen. So, 5 time straight, i dont think just a mistake. They cheat to steal people money.
