Awful service. The lady in the front was unhelpful, chatty, and unskilled. She was unable to give me my order correctly and struggled to be polite.
The fries were cold and hard, and I was missing a burger. The lady was very disrespectful and went back and forth about whether she even did her job right or not.

People that use the kiosk and are paying in the counter was waiting for 5-10 minutes and at least 6 employees passed by including a supervisor. And ignored the payong customer. And one employee ask the customer i don't see your order in the screen and the customer response i was waiting to pay for my order.

Can’t expect much from a McDonald’s when it comes to customer service or food quality but I’ve just been getting fed up with this particular location. I usually have a decent experience at the drive-thru here and the food has always been good. However, tonight was very bad. When they handed the bag to me, I looked inside to see that the fries were placed in there upside down which made the bag greasy with oil stains and my nuggets box was also placed in there upside down and not closed all the way. Everything was spilling out. The night crew here needs to be re-trained on how to pack the bags. It’s not that hard 🙄

This is the only mcdonalds we can get to withing 20 minutes, so we frequent it. I say this simply because it's mcdonalds and we have a large family.
McDonalds food SHOULD be pretty standard anywhere u go. This location does great with the quality (save for a few incidents) but the employees are ALWAYS new, and the orders are ALWAYS wrong or incomplete. It's frustrating.
Oh yeah. As I mentioned, it's the only thing around for a ways so it's always busy. Be prepared to wait.

Honestly, I don’t know if it’s like McDonald’s higher-ups or if somebody these employees just really get off on enforcing their policies what the fudge is the point of getting like fries or a burger and you can’t get a sauce without paying $.25 I ridiculous ice cream cone literally not even an inch worth of ice cream. It’s ridiculous. McDonald’s do better like come on you guys were the go to in the 90s for good foodnow you beat your customers over the head with the price and you don’t even get your money worth what is America come to? This is sad.
