Slow service! It wasn’t busy at dine in and I got my order ready 10 minutes after placing it. I was almost late for work and if I was then I would of given one star.

Recently this place remodeled. It is far worse now.#1 The "menu" is now two TVs that keep changing and intermittently show advertisements. It makes it very difficult to find stuff, and very annoying to have to wait for ads. This is absurd.#2 The counter is now much smaller, only two registers and harder to get someones attention cuz there's a big wall hiding the drive thru area. However there is now plenty of room for long lines behind the registers to make up for it.#3 There are no self-service fountain drinks. This is annoying enough in the first place, but after waiting at counter to ask for refill, was told no refills. Never heard of a McDonalds without free refills.The walls are also super ugly, especially the one hiding the drive thru area, has fake industrial looking wire boxes there.Perhaps they're not done. Maybe they plan to put in those new style touch-screen self service drink stations (like at cinemas and burger king down the road), which aren't as easy as the old style, but do offer more selection and save them space.Perhaps they plan to put some self service touchscreen order things to make up for lack of cashiers, but haven't done so yet.If they put those things in front of the ugly wall, and maybe more TVs to fit the full menu and stop playing ads, it would be almost as good as before. I don't see a single thing better after this remodel, everything is worse.Additionally, this place used to have two TVs, one on cartoons and one on the news, now they're both gone. I realize that was something not typical for McDonalds, but was nice. They used to have a bar/counter to sit if you were by yourself by the news TV, now its gone. Maybe they plan to put one on that ugly wall.And the outdoor seating area is gone....I really hope they're not done.

Ok so this mcdonalds just got a new remodeling done, it looks great, but I always find that there are a lot of homeless in this area near the mcdonalds. The food is fine, it's the service I am concerned about. MULTIPLE times I have gone through this drive through and they seem to always mess up my order or "forget" a burger or two. If I could, I would give it a 3 and a half star rating.

This McDonald's could use some work on hospitality. Not the best one that's for sure . But hopefully there's always room for improvement . Proper management is needed maybe they need to re train the manager and make sure they are sure what McDonald's is all about and how to add that into the way they work and there team or associates work as well . I mean I know a job is just a job and then sometimes it may feel like there's a lot of stress with fast food . But a good leader can usually help change how the outcome is fro their peers or teammates/ colleagues. That's all . One major issue is they always forget to put the sauce in my bag and it's kind of a huge bummer eating nuggets without the sauce .

This McDonald's is pretty good food was nice and hot just enough salt on my fries staff was very friendly as I do not like to use the kiosk to order my food I like human being contact as I do not appreciate self-checkouts I like to have interactions with others great staff as far as atmosphere it's okay just a few panhandlers outside the door other than that make a stop here
