I witnessed a manger take a mcchick that seems opened cause the customer said it had items she didn't want on it. Instead of throwing away the opens sandwich he places it back in the food prep location and places it in a doordash delivery bag 😲 I was shocked. I will never be coming here again who now what else they do.

When I stepped into McDonald's for the first time in the United States, I naturally felt a familiar, warm and friendly feeling. I ordered ice cream out of habit, but it didn't seem as rich as in China. It only costs US$4.00 per ice cream, which is way too high, but it doesn't charge a tip and provides seats and a bright, spacious and comfortable environment. It's still worth it.

Food quality, and quantity is not up to McDonald’s standards!!!!!
New Year's Eve, I ordered 40 nuggets and two medium fries for my kids. I should have checked the order but the bag was stuffed really full so I assumed everything was in there. Came home and only had 30 nuggets. I have teenage boys, they both can eat 20 nuggets easily. I tried calling but the phone just rang and rang. Not going back on New Year's Eve for 10 nuggets. Very disappointing. Can't expect much though I guess from fast food, except getting burned on $$$.

Not sure why but they were so behind their orders today. I think they only had one cook and she wasn't cooking multiple orders at once. I didn't mind as long as my food came out fresh and correct. However they just slapped my McRib together (how dare they!), you can tell they just threw the McRib into the box because the presentation was horrible.

First time I had a McDonald's breakfast in as long as I can remember. I ordered the steak egg and cheese on a bagel. It came out hot, with caramelized onions, melted American cheese on a buttery toasted bagel. I thought it was surprisingly well put together and tasty. My friend ordered the same thing but on a McGriddle, she was happy with her selection as well. I definitely wouldn't eat McDonald's breakfast every day but I do enjoy it on a spontaneous gotta have something to tackle getting super hungry when you're out and about.

The staff of this presence of McDonald's is very unprofessional with poor management, barely understand English, staff always keep outside dumpsters cover open which makes bad trash odor, and flies around, that raises me a big concern of how to guarantee their health safety of the food. I am not surprised the recent outbreak of E Coli found in quarter pounders iof McDonald's.
