Good customer experience here this evening. McDonald's app on my husband's phone crashed and didn't properly send his order through to this McDonald's location, even though it had charged him and sent him a receipt. A man (possibly a manager?) working there was very nice and helpful and got everything sorted out for us. Thank you!

They have amazing customer service, and they don't give you stale food, like Claudia over here smh 🙄

I wish I could give them a zero but today I decided to stop by the drive thru and order. I got this very rude employee she was at the first window were you pay she had glasses, messy braids. The service that she gave to us was not a welcoming place to go at. This happened at 11:21am on 11/12.

Food is good quality but staff frequently mess up your orders, especially mobile ones. This is especially frustrating since you realize when you get home and they don't offer solutions. They say come back to deal with it and fix it which is not helpful when you are already gone and home. They'll do everything possible to avoid refunding you.

This is the closest McDonald to my house and at times I will dine in or go through the drive thru but every time I do the guy who works in the evening I believe his name is Henry and is one of the manager is always very kind and always has a smile he’s taken my order before when me and my family has dined in you don’t get a lot of good customer service but this is one of the reasons why I continue to come back.

It was around 9 pm at this exact McDonalds location!!!! I always order the 2 cheeseburger combo . Every time I go to a different location of McDonald’s I order this combo & ask for extra pickles . Those other locations don’t listen except for this one. I said extra pickles & they basically gave me exactly what I asked for . It was like a pickle patty , idk if the workers were just kids & being funny but I don’t care that was a really good cheeseburger here at Micky D’s

When add parties to a burger, I expect them to be on the burger and not on the side. I would have just order side patties and not add them to my burger. Also I only got two of the patties as I order two double cheeseburger with 2 extra patties. I only received two of the 4

Ordered thru the app. Told me to park and took long to bring the food. It wasn't a big order. 2 burgers 2 fries and chicken nuggets. Others got there food and left and they showed up after us
