Service is always pleasant! But the atmosphere is so bright it's blandthey should get multicultural murals instead if this plain set up they should have. Kiosk added to elevate the congestion since it's shared space pr should've opened a small pick up window outdoors.. Also the seating places should've been thought of better constantly having to smell individuals unpleasantness or the fact the others butts touch the table your eating at because there no space for peopel who have a butt or a little larger than others if they are the only available seating You'd think the colors would be red and yellow not this green kinda sad Should also post that others wanting to listen to their phones or devices should have headphones in this public space or low volume to be considerate of other patrons

I’m writing to let you know about a really disappointing experience I had at your branch ordered a Chicken Big Mac, but when I received it, it was cold and not even warm, let alone hot and fresh. The fries were soggy and not crispy at all.
I decided to go back and have it replaced, but after waiting for another 10 minutes, the new Big Mac came out with the same issues. The burger was a mess, with sauce spilling everywhere and getting all over my hands and the box. It was really frustrating.
This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald's, and it’s made me question whether I’ll return to this location again. It was just a total letdown from start to finish.
Thanks for listening, but I’m very disappointed.
This McD is pretty on the outside with artistic butterflies ?. The food is always made to order and the staff is very patient and professional.

The atmosphere was a good place with workers that did their best unfortunately that’s all I can say that was good. As with my experience the people who I was with got my whole order wrong and I got to wait a good 10 minutes when they got to me and another 5 to fix my order to add insult to injury I also got food poisoning from the same burger.

They remodel the place but forgot about the soda machine, lol . Now all they give you is kids' apple juice, ice coffee, sweet tea, or water bottle.
