Honestly I'm not trying to eat McDonald's this year ... But 5starts because I stopped by to use the restroom and it was super clean and organized... Most bathrooms are trash but this location is alright.

Waited for my food staff ended up giving my order to someone else, they didn't even bother to check the receipt or call the number out. When I asked for refund they stayed they gave me my order when I was waiting the whole time, I asked for my refund since I never got my food . Luckily got my refund and the management wasn't to happy saying that I came with a person and I was like no, your cashier rung me up and he saw I was here by myself. Honestly waste of time and Energy.

Today I stopped here around 7am to get breakfast for a teenager I was taking to school. The line was long and it took quite awhile to order. The manager was running the whole front end. When I mentioned that I was now quite late, he went to the trouble of making sure that I was out in less than a minute.I wish I knew his name because this kind of caring, customer service is rare in today's business, especially amidst the chaos he was experiencing. Great job.Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Maybe if the cashiers at this fast food restaurant are going to get an attitude when asked if they have strawberry sundae's it shouldn't be on the menu. Just a thought. I don't work here so I don't know what you have hence my reasoning for asking. Then telling me "we've never had strawberry sundaes" while I am starring at the menu which clearly state strawberry sundaes is ignorant. Since this location already has a 2 star rating I'll leave it at that.

Rude, plain rude on customer service! We are paying for our food its not free, So please be courteous to customers coming in to have a nice meal. My food was also cold on top of the rude customer service. Maybe new training for this location.
I come to this McDonald's about once a month I order online and come inside and pick it up. I get great deals on the App. The service is always great, and fast and the people who work there are nice. Wednesday night 10/4 I ordered food for my son and I we got home and ate my chicken nuggets and fries were nice and crispy and fresh this time. My son bit into his Quarter pounder with cheese and was horrified and spit it out and said "What is this?" It was a sheet of parchment type wax paper stuck between his cheese and meat patty! Someone cooked the burger with the paper on and put the cheese on top of the paper! Can you just Imagine being hungry and excited to eat McDonald's and biting into a nice juicy burger with a sheet of paper in it! Be careful to check your food before eating it if you order from this one.I let McDonald's cares corporate know of the incident and they supposedly forwarded it to the franchise and I still have not been contacted by anyone from that restaurant.

My kids love this place, so even if it's not so great we will still be coming back. Sometimes the fry cartons come out looking half empty or stale. Would have been nice if I didn't get this fly in my drink today though.

No Drive thru ,walk up only .The location was pretty busy , the cashier was pleasant just doing the work , the food order was done quick it was fresh and hot .
