Went inside and ordered a small French fry. Watched the manager without gloved hands throw them into the paper bag upside down. A bunch of fried fell out on the counter in the process and she proceeded to grab them with her bare hand off the counter and put them back in the bag…. When I received the order I just threw it in the trash. Disgusting. It’s a small French fry, just put a fresh one in if you spill from lazily tossing them into the bag like that.
Oh also no soap in the bathroom… so how clean can the employees hands possibly be?

Workers hate when they have to take your order instead of the kiosk.. I usual use kiosk when ordering lunch, but I don't know how to change a coffee to a large soda if you can. Anyway you cried to get paid more, well start earning your pay instead of standing in the back talking.
I don't know why, but they stop doing refill, which is dissatisfied

Today is March 5. I went through the drive-through today around 8:30 PM and I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff that was on shift. You guys did a phenomenal job with customer service. I knew my order was complicated, but they handled it very professional. My order was correct and they did it in a timely manner. That shit was tight tell Ronald McDonald’s y’all need a raise for real
