Went to the drive thru today at 7:20 am and ordered 2 hash browns which i have been craving. When i asked if there was ketchup in the bag the employee closed the window and she avoided eye contact so i thought it was in the bag and drove off. It wasnt. Anytime i ask for extra condiments here they act like its the end of the world!! God forbid a girl want some ketchup!!

The Drive through order guy Alfonso is rude. I have reported him to his manager and nothing gets done. Same with the girl with the bad acne. Bette the hiring manager needs to be fired for not hiring employees that can greet their customers. This McDonald's is the worst!

On thanksgiving, where there was literally one person in the whole McDonald's. This lady told me I had to have my scooter outside even though nobody was inside the McDonald's and it was folded and under a table. Food was fine.
