Stood in line for 20 min even though there was only one other customer waiting for his food. Staff were either understaffed or simply did not value their job. I left and will not be returning.

Juvenile atmosphere and the little ding songs made tile brick road great in summer but slippery when wet. Thanks Mc Bonnaroo for that give what they dive thru and watch.

Went today with my barely-kempt family of five drowsey and jet lagged from Germany return. Wonderful Sam helped us and had no impatience with me at all. Even when I refused any drinks and later asked for 4 water cups after she'd finished all our food, she didn't make a rude face. She got those quickly. And when there were hasbrowns missing (emergency!) she was a blur getting new ones and knew exactly how many were missing better than I did! Later we chatted about her relatives in Germany. Such a joy to talk to her! Ten stars! I've been to this McDonald's a few times over the years and it's not very clean (old and one boarded window) and lately always missing a baby chair but don't know it. But thank you Sam for the rejuvenating morning and everyone who made the food. 'Merica!!

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since I can remember and one of the workers named Ariel always sticks out in my mind as being a very respectful, helpful and overall great worker. Just wanted to give a quick shoutout!Kid-friendliness: Playground for the kids.It’s small but suitable for this McDonald’s!

Lied about open hours on Google. Drive through is open 24 hours but dining room is not. Drove all the way there to discover it was closed. Open means OPEN. Drive through hours are listed separately.

Basic McDonalds. 25 minute time limit and you have to ask for refills.Nothing specifically great, if they removed the limit and put the soda fountain back, it'd be better (they literally removed it) The atmosphere is fine mostly chill I haven't had many problems. Though one of the staff said I could only have 1 refill Constantly out of medium soda cups
Not for this store, the staffs are friendly! They explained there is a small small small comments explaining the extra charge. I feel cheated by McDonald's dirty methods.

Placed a mobile order for curbside pick up. I arrived less than 15 minutes later. I was unable to notify the app that I had arrived. When I went to the counter, the store had closed out my order, did not give me the food, and refused to offer a refund or customer service hotline to resolve the issue. They cited a mobile order issue and said "Well, that just happens sometimes. You should get a refund in 2 hours". Well, it's 5 days later. I have not received a refund and disappointed in the handling of my order. It seemed shady. Also, if you are in the area, don't waste your time here. Go to the Union location. They are friendly, have never messed up mobile orders, and the food is fresher.

Almost always give five stars to McDonald's, because even though the food isn't great and the service is just adequate, you know what you should expect from any McDonald's anywhere in the world, and they generally deliver. This location meets that expectation so if you like McDonald's then no reason not to go to this location.
