Itâs disappointing that this location doesnât offer a self-service soda refill station, especially since other nearby McDonaldâs do. Given that the prices here are also higher, it feels like less value for the experience compared to other locations.

When I pulled up in drive through to pick up my order I was asked to wait. When I received my order it had already been 15 mins. My food was cold and Big Mac sandwiches were made sloppy. I know itâs fast food but really?! Quality was trash!

I stopped by to have my coffee like every Friday and I asked Carlos for a refill. I told him, put coffee in half? And the rest of grass and 3 Splenda? And he gave me only ? 4 of cream, is it too strong to have a coffee âïž like that for me since I have heart problems? And I left him the glass and went to the bathroom and when I came out Carlos was sitting at a table 10 minutes before 11am (. 4-03-24) and I asked Carlos, are you the manager? ?because I felt bad how he treated me and I do not understand? Why did I order my coffee like that? I told Carlos I'm sick with my heart â„ïž and I can't drink coffee that strong? That's why I asked you for more cream and you said no? ?Could I put more than 4 creams in my total coffee? I left and how does he not care? I hope older people who have a problem with something don't come to buy something here because they don't understand them? Many people are allergic to onion or salt or pepper or have high blood sugar or a problem like mime and don't we deserve to receive poor treatment from the employees and supervisors of this establishment? From Macdonald to Snell Ave? Shopping center of Safeway San Jose ca?
