Honestly, the services were very bad, I asked for a food service and someone else arrived, they took my order and returned it, but the order was already open to what I did not decide to take it, but they said that I had changed it, but that is a lie, they could not even change the soft drink, they were giving me the same ....very bad pret

The only main issue with this place is that occasionally youâll find hair in your food but that is rare. My biggest concern is how early at times they close dine in 30 minutes to times 3 hours in the dine in but leave the drive thru open. Itâs a pain because I donât have a vehicle and itâs annoying for those who need to eat or have ordered pick but canât enter to get their food that theyâve ordered⊠The workers here are great and amazing, they make and cook the food fresh but due to them mainly focusing on the drive thru? They often have customers inside waiting for almost 30 minutes for 4 things. I the night crew are the best and honestly my favorite. I had they fixed the two main issues of this place? It wouldâve received a 5 star

There was an upset customer who didnât understand the deals and kept arguing with the cashier, but the cashier kept her cool and calmly explained everything multiple times. I commend the service here!

Around 9:40 there was a family outside was already planning to yell at the staff before even approaching the door. On top of that, the woman kept repeating âI own a restaurantâ over and over, at least 20 times, as if that meant the rules didnât apply to her. That kind of attitude only makes the situation worse.
The staff handled it calmly and didnât escalate, even when they were being challenged. They kept the drive thru going and stayed professional under pressure. Honestly, they deserve credit for how they managed it. Pretty sure sheâll leave a review so I wanted to leave my side as well.

Such a stupid attitude. We were in the drive thru with a toddler and decided to sit down so mentioned it to staff and even apologised. Literally a minute later as we park and walk up to the door- they have their doors locked from inside. Its 9:30 and on Fridays they are supposed to be open until 10. It would have been perfectly fine if the drive thru staff just let us know they closed early and asked us to continue ordering drive thru. When we got a chance to get in because some other customers were leaving- the manager had the audacity to fight it out-zero apologies. Even bring the drive thru employee out and challenge our claim. They kept saying they will close early if they are short staffed. Everything is okay as long as they have the decency to apologise for a mistake. Its not like anyone is dying to eat at McDonalds. LOL Oh by the way one of their employees was vaping inside!

Love this place cause itâs near to my house but also service is kinda slow Cuz. We ordered the food we needed to wait a whole 12 minutes just waiting there just to get the food. The service is bad but the food is good.

Itâs disappointing that this location doesnât offer a self-service soda refill station, especially since other nearby McDonaldâs do. Given that the prices here are also higher, it feels like less value for the experience compared to other locations.
