terrible service, employees, and food! employee was extremely rude and got the order wrong. they talked with basically no respect to the customers and were very dismissive. my burger was also burned and very dry. won’t come again and this place really needs some new employees.

This place always messes up orders! Whether its online or in person. You don't get your sauce that comes with the order or the one you pay for! If they can't see it on their system, they need to change it. I ordered an M&M Mcflurry and they gave me oreo. Even on the ticket, it says M&M! Horrible employees. If there wasn't M&M, could have called the customer.

Drive thru, saw person in front of me skip the 1st window but take food from the 2nd, so I wasn't surprised when I got to the 2nd window only to find out that my food was given away. I was surprised that the crew had no idea what to do at that point. They remade my food off memory and, of course, got it wrong. Wasted 20 minutes and still didn't get any food because i didnt have time for them to give it a 3rd try. Seriously? Y'all don't have any best practices in place for this kind of situation. I mean, it's a pretty obvious hole in your system.

They are crazy about the bathroom to a degree I have never seen. Won’t tell you the code to the bathroom and make you turn your back to the door while they type the code in. Then when you get in, the stall with the toilet is deadbolted, so I had my kid crawl under and unlock it.
Despite this level of security and secrecy, there was still a random guy in there set up at the sink washing some dishes and guarding the soap dispenser.

This store will mark your order as ready for their own records, then not have it ready for an additional 14 minutes. They are cheating their own recording systems.

It's ridiculous how poorly managed and handled this location is.

dont even trust regular customers with restroom code feel like a child getting walked to be allowed to use restroom because of the homeless people not being allowed to use restroom very troublesome and embarrassing that there is not trust but paying more than double for food never had a problem before they put codes on bathroom doors what do they think someone will just share the bathroom code and people are going to give it away and people will come into the bathroom and party or something dont get it wasnt asked if it was here or for to go they used to ask that customer service declines but price increases not a very good business model
