Pretty bad one, I guess if your desperate but honestly just skip it you would be better off.
Soda machine gave ALL flat sodas, cold fries, messy areas, rude workers, I can go on.

I want to give a special shout out to Mathew M. What a true gentleman that really cares about his customers and it shows. This young man was pretty much the best experience that I’ve received at the McDonalds franchise of my 62 years of being a loyal customer. I appreciate your Stellar service and I sure hope one day you can teach internal classes on how to treat customers to future employees of this establishment!!! I’m old school and I know excellence when I see it! Great Hot food and of course Thank You Mathew for you are a diamond in the rough! See you again soon McDonalds!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I had to drive all the way back to this location because I found 2 hair strands on my strawberry pie, which didn’t surprise me because neither of them had on a hairnet. And as I’m telling them the issue, one caught an attitude and tried to give me a fresh one. But I just ended up getting a refund because I wasn’t taking my chances. Not to mention they showed zero empathy, no apology whatsoever. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Always hot always good and always and I means always served with a smile. This is my McDonalds. This is the town that embraced me and the individuals that work here never judge our severely autistic son and never give us any grief for using the bathroom and sneaking out the back then going through the drive through. We love u guys!!!

The Worst McDonald’s in San Jose – Systematically Awful.
If I could give 0 stars for service I would! This McDonald’s at 1365 Blossom Hill Road is hands-down the worst in the area, and it’s been like this for a long time. The problems here aren’t just occasional—they’re systematic. The managers clearly don’t care, and it shows in every aspect of the operation. The workers seem poorly trained and, honestly, it feels like they’re taught not to care about customer service at all.
Consistent Issues:
Every visit brings new frustrations. Orders are almost always wrong—missing items, incorrect customizations, and just sloppy mistakes. The drive-thru is a nightmare: they constantly make you pull into a parking spot to wait, and whether it’s busy or not, they never dedicate staff to bring out food efficiently. This slows everything down and turns a quick stop into a long ordeal. When you try to report issues in person you’re met with indifference.
My Most Recent Visit (Exceptionally Bad):
On my latest visit, I ordered online ahead of time for drive-thru pickup, hoping it would make things smoother. Instead, I was told to pull into a parking spot after checking in at the drive-thru window. I waited several minutes, watching cars behind me get their food and leave before me. When my order finally came out, my Filet-O-Fish was missing. While I was waiting for that to be fixed, I checked the rest of my order and found the plain cheeseburger was missing the cheese entirely. When the staff member returned with my Filet-O-Fish, I mentioned the missing cheese on my cheeseburger, and he got visibly frustrated. The next time he brought out the burger, it still wasn’t plain—it had pickles and onions. When I tried to point this out, he ignored me and just walked back inside as fast as he could.
I had to go inside, where I was ignored for several minutes even though the lobby wasn’t busy. When I finally got the manager’s attention and explained everything, he just said “okay”—no apology, no concern, no attempt to make it right. Eventually, I got my plain cheeseburger.
Bottom Line:
This location is a mess from the top down. The management doesn’t care, the staff isn’t trained, and the customer service is non-existent. Unless there are major changes, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other McDonald’s or fast food place nearby.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. They gave my order to another customer, and I saw that customer return it. When I asked for help, an employee at the counter simply refused to assist and told me they “didn’t have my order,” even though I had proof of purchase. That is not an acceptable response—it left me completely stranded with no solution.
While a couple of other employees did try to help, the manager was not helpful and did not even acknowledge the issue. Overall, this experience was frustrating and poorly handled. Staff should be trained on how to properly resolve customer issues rather than dismiss them.

Nothing like ordering happy meals for the kids for dinner and getting home to find one of the chicken nuggets boxes filled with mac sauce.
Also, every order I’ve ever made through the app has never come with any of the sauces I added.

terrible service, employees, and food! employee was extremely rude and got the order wrong. they talked with basically no respect to the customers and were very dismissive. my burger was also burned and very dry. won’t come again and this place really needs some new employees.
