Not sure what's happened with this location but consistently waiting over half an hour for my order and it's always incorrect.

The lady with no teeth is very rude, I believe her name is Debbie. I just wanted to pick up my order. Very rude and aggressive tone of voice. Very bad experience! I do not recommend this McDonald's!

Here they always take forever to give you the order. Even if you order it in advance in the application. I have to remember not to return unless I have a lot of time and patience.

I have never been to a McDonalds where my order could be so wrong. First they didn’t give me 1 of my 2 burgers. I had to go back and get that. When I got home I found the chicken nuggets sauce I received was completely different from the flavor I ordered.Lunch time is busy. That I understand. How could you give incomplete order to your customer?

I waited in line for more than 20 minutes (there was no line when i originally stood there it slowly began to form) even in line i was not serviced first when i tried to get their attention she put her hand up to me in a shushing manner.It was Incredibly rude and unpleasant. They were not at all busy so i should not have been ignored by all staff members when trying to ask for my missing order items.

This location will get your order right about 50% of the time. The staff also seem to find it comical when they don't include everything in your bag that you paid for.

Ordered the 4b and the 2a. The chicken was ordered with lettuce and mayo. It came swimming with spicy sauce and pickles. I ordered a coke light ice. I was given unsweetened tea with extra ice. The quarter pounder was ordered with no onion extra pickle and it came completely plain. Not even cheese on it. The Dr Pepper was so full of ice you couldnt taste the soda and was gone in one swallow. The fries tasted old and were hard. It wouldnt be so bad except the employee who took my money repeated the order correctly and so did the employee who gave us our food.

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in 39 years.If you order large fries, they'll give you medium-sized worth of cold fries.If you order a cheeseburger with no pickles, they'll forget to put your cheeseburger in the bag.If you order for curbside pickup, you'll have to go in, find your order, and wait for them to make it.If you go through the drive, they'll tell you to roll through and wait curbside. You'll wait for 7 minutes and then then they'll bring out the wrong order.Their shake machine doesn't work and I suspect that they've actually never had one.

This is one of the worse Mc Donald's around . The employees are rude and don't care about customers . I went to get some food around midnight as this is the only McDonald's open late. Waited at the window for over 20 minutes and the two employees were talking and the girl was facing me and saw me but totally ignored me . She didn't knowledge and kept talking . I told my wife I would wait a little longer maybe she is in the middle of some important conversation but this continued ands she kept ignoring me . So made some hand denatures and still no response . So finally o got out of my car and knocked on the window when she finally yelled back and said they were closed. I would never go back to this place and suggest others to do the same. As you can tell , the owner of this franchise doesn't care as they don't even respond to anyone's comments . The best results out of all these complaints would be the closure of this business for giving such a crappy service . See pics of the employees

Half cheese on both Filet O Fish sandwich that we ordered from this McDonald's location, also ordered no salt on fries and got fries swimming on salt. I was already back home when we found out about it and too lazy to drive back. Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing!!!

Ordered a hot fudge sundae at drive up. System said to check the screen to assure accuracy. Screen not working. Price on menu board $3.99. Price on receipt after payment $4.19. Clerk said talk to manager. Manager's position was "So what!"Ripping people off for 20 cents adds up.
