Walked in to use the bathroom and to order food. Bathroom door button was not working right, hand sinatizer was out, also out of some sauces. Went to use keoisk and told me I had to go to the front desk anyway to pay. Once my order was ready an employee finished it on the screen as complete. So my kids meal and med fry sat for another 10 mins before I realized it was my food. My number never gets called as 5 others food is given to them. As a customer I expect better customer service since the pay is now better.

The drive thru server was pretty rude. McDonalds used to have just regular hot coffee so when I asked for one, the server couldn't understand and just rung me for an iced coffee even though it was 60degrees outside. They didn't want to tell me the price difference for a medium and large coffee. I used to work fast food taking orders and it's not that hard to be nice or tell the customer the total. I also got a medium fry. No shame to the hustle but there were literally children in the back of the front window. Coffee was yummy though... fries were half cold half warm..

I have been getting mcdoubles with big Mac sauce on the side. The service at the drive through is always excellent despite the staff seemingly turning over frequently. A testament to solid management.
