Two of the last four weeks they’ve forgotten to put ham in my egg McMuffin. How stupid do you have to be to forget the ham? They also usually leave egg shells in the sandwich. Maybe that’s why the employees here have no future outside of poverty and drug addiction. If you can’t remember to put ham on my egg McMuffin then you do not deserve a living wage.

There is no self-service soda machine here. You have to ask a waiter when you want to refill drinks. The decoration is very new, the toilets are clean, and the employees have the right attitude.

The dining and drive through experience, including the food, service, and ambiance, at McDonald's, Bernal Rd, San Jose, CA, is quite commendable. However, it is genuinely saddening to notice several individuals around the McDonald's area who seem fatigued, undernourished, and lacking support. Many of them appear to require assistance from city/county/state-operated agencies for their well-being, suitable rehabilitation, job training, and placement. It would be great if a suitable agency could intervene to assist these needy individuals.

I want to give credit where credit is due. When I come visit this location (either drive thru OR going inside), I've always had good service. ALL of the workers here (who are bi-lingual) work hard and do their best to do their job. I typically come here for either breakfast on Saturday's (ordering the cheap small breakfast burritos with hash browns) OR during the weekdays to order some Cokes and Apple Pies. I will always come back here to order cheap fast food!
