I don’t know what the lady’s issue is but that tone and attitude isn’t it there shouldn’t be a reason I’m at fault because I misunderstood about the drink I wanted but when she’s saying oh we can’t see what you see like what is that type of attitude and the tone was just not right and just talking over me like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed really upset and frustrated with what type of workers u have in the morning

Just did a drive thru at McDonald's on Curtner and Monterey, ordered some food and trying to give this guy the Code from my app. Turned out either the guy can't understand, or having a hearing issue. I have to replete myself several times. After I gave him my credit card, he started laughing at me. Turned out the guy is a store manager, he was so RUDE to customer. I don't care if you can't speak proper English, but he needs to learn to have Service Skills to work at Restaurant or retail stores. McDonald's need to hire people with good customer service skills.

Laura and Truong and Santiago all the employees just like to look at people when you’re trying to get a hold of them from the window drive-through is not the best way to go or going through the inside I tried to order my food and all they said is come to the next window instead of giving my price of my food and also messing up on my order I come here multiple times and this is the time they want to be able to neglect or negativity to their customers. By the employees looking outside their window, they are judging a book by its cover and not doing what they have to do And the manager not wrong the other manager was doing the best she could, but the rest of employees were just staring at her, not doing their job jobs if I’m able to get the McDonald’s corporate on them, I wish I could, but everybody just be careful Going to McDonald’s

I just picked my order from driver through. We had two separate orders. I specifically told the guy can I get buffalo sauce, he said sure, and made us part at spot 1. When the lady came she just brought one order which had the sandwiches and didn't have any sauce. No ketchup and definitely not the sauce I had requested. Then I go inside cause our second order which had fries was missing. They are still getting the second order ready and forget our drinks. The lady was very sure to charge 55 cents but cannot remember to provide me second order on time. I think they forget that people do drive thru so they can skip going inside the restaurant. I know McDonald's is a fast food and not that people will read this review but please be efficient and bring all the drive thru order outside. Also the large fries was not filled well.Thank you
