I have 3 kids they love mcdonalds, we were in town for shopping and past by because they were hungry, I asked for a cup of water because they were thirsty, they DENIED it because apperantly it would take to long and the time on the drive thru would go up, I work on fast food as well and I know that filling up a cup of water does not take much of your time specialy if its for toddlers, unbelievable

I ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets Happy meal but we got only four.
I went through the drive through and I only ordered a ice cream cone. I didn't care too much for it, it was icy as if imitation vanilla was used or they didn't mix it well. But the service was good atmosphere was good . They were fast and polite .

Ordered a sweet ice team for curb side pickup, waited there on my number for like 20 minutes before I just walked in. My tea was on the counter and it seemed like none of the workers were even intending to bring it out any time soon. Even inside the workers ignored me for a extra 5 minutes

I would like to give this place a half star, because I had to wait long time to be served. And even people who ordered after me received their food first. They were more in charge to serve customers on the drive thru, than the few customers who were at the store. A lot of people working there, and half an hour to get a hamburger and one drink. Besides they missed to include a straw for my drink, this was not the first time, I won't be ordering anything from this place.

Had a problem with my order and the Manager made sure personally that it was done correctly afterwards, I'm thankful for her time and patience as well as the delicious food.

I've been to this place a lot, and it always has homeless people walking in and out. They always mess up my order, they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea lemonade, and when I told them they said it the right one . I know they always busy but it so mess up I pay almost 4$ for it .

I went through the drive thru. I asked for a syrup and the lady at the window got annoyed. She was rude about it. Im not sure what i did to get her stink eye. I think i will go to a different McDonald's next time.

This is the worst mcdonalds they make you pull forward and wait and your order will always be wrong. They need corporate to come in and help because yhey are ridiculous making me pull forward to wait when there is noone behind me. If you cant make my food fast enough, hire more workers. If you mention that they forogt something they will ask to see your receipt and give you attitude.

I really don't like making bad reviews and honestly this is the first time I have ever been denied to use the restroom especially being a paying customer. The manager or the kid who said they were the manager who was there during my pick up order wouldn't let us use the bathroom because he said it closed an hour before their lobby for security purposes but if its for security purposes then the Whole Lobby Should Closed too, you cant have your lobby open but no restrooms for PAYING customers. My family member has a dissability in this kind of thing and the "manager" didnt care, I chose to pick up my mobile order inside at the counter just so we could use the facilities and leave because we were on a small travel. It was super disturbing that the so called manager didnt want to let a Paying Customer with Dissabilities to use the bathroom. I can fill out there survey which I will but EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW THEY RUNNING THEIR ESTABLISHMENT WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLE WITH DISSABILITIES AND ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS.
