I really don't like making bad reviews and honestly this is the first time I have ever been denied to use the restroom especially being a paying customer. The manager or the kid who said they were the manager who was there during my pick up order wouldn't let us use the bathroom because he said it closed an hour before their lobby for security purposes but if its for security purposes then the Whole Lobby Should Closed too, you cant have your lobby open but no restrooms for PAYING customers. My family member has a dissability in this kind of thing and the "manager" didnt care, I chose to pick up my mobile order inside at the counter just so we could use the facilities and leave because we were on a small travel. It was super disturbing that the so called manager didnt want to let a Paying Customer with Dissabilities to use the bathroom. I can fill out there survey which I will but EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW THEY RUNNING THEIR ESTABLISHMENT WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLE WITH DISSABILITIES AND ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS.

They lied to a black man who has Parkinson's that they were closing in 5 minutes because his tremors made them uncomfortable. When he left he forgot his phone , but I caught up to him and returned it. So not a loss for him. Plus they close the bathroom and hour before closing. How are you supposed to wash your hands before eating. They're lazy and don't want to clean at closing time . Rude, they need a wakeup call !
I have ordered a caramel frappe with an extra shot of espresso and 3 x’s extra caramel drizzle and I paid for the XXX caramel drizzle and I complained the first time because I was there but they did nothing to fix it they told me that was extra and this is my second complaint. I included pics to prove the extra money I paid to not receive anything extra. This only happens to me at the Tully location. This does not happen to me at any other McDonald’s location. I get a lot of extra caramel drizzle and I’m satisfied with it but not at the Tully location. And it’s the closest location to my house. I just had surgery and I live alone so I’ve had to use them as a delivery service and this is the service I get.

On their website it states they are open at 6am yet I stopped by at 6:45 to get something for breakfast before handling some errands, yet they still are closed and have to go find something else to get and now I’m running late due to their false advertising.

If you look at the jaggity-layered Big Mac, it kinda' shows the amount of care that gets put into your food. Then again, if you're not even being paid a living wage in one of the nation's most expensive areas, what do you expect? Someone noted that there are no napkins in Happy Meals and yeah, that seems to be a thing with this location for some reason.
