Food way to expensive for what it is. Food looks like it was thrown together, not caring if it is messy, I can understand if it was very busy, it was just me.

We will not return to this location. The service was inadequate and SLOW. The food seemed off, like it had been sitting around too long. The iced tea was significantly diluted, with little flavor. The McFlurry lacked flavor and seemed different from what they served us at other locations. The place smelled like someone poured Pine-Sol everywhere and left it there. YUCK! Who wants to smell that at any time, let alone with your food? We felt sick to our stomachs later on.

The drive thru is the most innovative part of this location. It has two entry lanes that wrap toward the building. Cool design, however the cheeseburgers were cold, the cheese unmelted and ketchup spewing out of the sandwich. It was just a garbage food experience. It's hit and miss with McDonald's food quality standards. The staff was attentive and quick. Props to them but McDonalds needs to look at their process to avoid overcooking patties early and warming them. They taste terrible when they aren't fresh.

You should have seen how they served me: "Big Mac, no middle bun." Ha ha haI received a to go box with everything placed separately inside it, cold, no buns at all, and no sauce.The interior was nothing to write home about. I was told to stay close to the door. The exterior had a security guard who was doing nothing about the half-naked hobo rolling his body around on the walkway/parking lot.

For starters I came at 11:25pm and the parking lot was a huge mess. I ordered on the mobile app and the last working told me that they can't except mobile orders past 11:30. I told her I ordered at 11:25 so why can't I get my order. She then tells me I don't know that is just how it is. I said even if my payment went through at 1125 she then said idk it's not my problem. So I had to sit in the drive through for 5 minutes until they finally processed my order. Service was rude and slow. Also the lack of customer service the moment I mentioned calling corporate they changed their attitude. So if you have a problem make sure to go and call corporate because they will make the necessary changes so their store will run better.
