Mendocino farms is always my go to place if I want something consistent and healthy for lunch. My favorites are the Thai mango salad, mama chens chicken salad and the not so fried chicken sandwich. Kenneth the manager was the one helping us today and he was amazing and thoughtful. He gave us really good recommendations and at the end of my meal, he was thoughtful enough to bring me to go containers for my food (without me even asking) because he remembered that I said I will take my leftovers to go because I definitely over ordered (I couldnt choose between two items so of course the best solution is to get both duh!)

Very sad to say this location was below par compared to the other location in San Jose off mission college rd. Ordered a custom sandwich, sourdough bread was stale! Very little proportions for the carved turkey! Skimped on the toasted red peppers, and krispies were stale! I won’t return to this location as they need to work on their quality and proportions and give healthy amount to fill the bread! It’s not a fine dinning restaurant we want our sandwiches filled, and not eating just bread!

We had an amazing first time catering experience with Mendocino Farms in Santana Row. Food was exceptional, well curated and flawless! Excellent service by Yudith Hurtado (Sr. Catering Specialist). She was very attentive to customer concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently and very prompt with emails. She went above and beyond to make our event successful. First timer, food was fantastic but the staff is what transformed this experience, so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my ridiculous questions, even pointing me to a new branch opening up in Chicago. Very fresh ingredients that are good for you. If visiting this location ask for Kenneth.

Ordered curbside pickup today. Had so much trouble finding the pickup spot. I finally gave up and called for help. The employees went above and beyond to get me my order. They didn’t make me feel bad about not finding the spot. Their kindness helped me be less stressed out. I have an injury, so this was so appreciated. Really fresh, delicious food that was beautiful and colorful. Highly recommend.
