Love the spicy fried rice noodles!
Popcorn chicken was tasty but too expensive, service was not friendly, will not return because of that.
This was my third visit & unfortunately my LAST. I got the honeydew smoothie, and Oolong Milk tea w boba. The milk tea was 75% sweet but tasted more like 10%, I had to add agave in it once I got home. The tea flavor was also LACKING… my friend liked their honeydew smoothie though. I usually get the strawberry milk & it’s fine. Just this last visit ,,, I’m so disappointed!!

Hours are very different from other boba places. They added a kiosk to order, which is nice. They can get pretty busy being near a school. Love the buy 4 drinks get one free drink deal.

Located in Downtown Julian Plaza, Milk Tea lab open late afternoon starting at 3pm. Small, Cute, and Simple Bubble Teas shop w some of my favorite Drinks and Snacks! Super Fruit Tea was quite refreshing w plenty of Watermelon ? and Orange slices. Roasted Milk Tea Boba was nice just the way I like it. Not overly Sweet and Chewy Bobas. Many kids comes here after school so it can gets super busy. Definitely will come here for snacks and other drinks!
