Average drinks, but pretty good takoyaki! There's tables inside, but do beware they're a bit light and wobbly. Service was fast though and they get an extra start since they are open later than most shops, which is great if you're hanging out in the area later at night or taking classes - there were a fair number of friend groups sipping and chatting - good ambiance!

Hours are very different from other boba places. They added a kiosk to order, which is nice. They can get pretty busy being near a school. Love the buy 4 drinks get one free drink deal.

A good place to get popcorn chicken off downtown if you're having a craving. also ordered a Matcha Milk Tea with Red Bean and a Mango Coconut Smoothie. The Matcha Milk Tea with Red Bean was standard, and it was nice because not a lot of places really have red bean anymore. The Mango Coconut Smoothie definitely tasted refreshing on a hot day. Service was prompt and responsive, and the ambience had a fun decor.

came in one night on a weekday and the only thing we ordered was popcorn chicken, we waited about 40 minutes for our one order of chicken, we paid extra for sweet chili sauce and it is ridiculous that they give us one ketchup sized packet of the sweet chili sauce. we waited there as two or three parties after us came in and ordered and received their orders before ours and they came in 30 minutes into use waiting, the place was clean but the wait was ridiculous.

Been a fan of this tea place since 2021. We come here every week. The drinks have been the same -- they make it really good!! But the service from the staff are terrible. Always messing up the order when you order online, plus they lack politeness to the customers since all of them workers are young boys and they just don't care. Could've been one of the best tea places in SJ because they're drinks are undeniably good, but they need at least a good staff to build returning customers. Just an honest concerned tip.

The girly there accidently overcharged me but I got my money back and now I am back to being the happy camper like never before or as ever before.

Located in Downtown Julian Plaza, Milk Tea lab open late afternoon starting at 3pm. Small, Cute, and Simple Bubble Teas shop w some of my favorite Drinks and Snacks! Super Fruit Tea was quite refreshing w plenty of Watermelon ? and Orange slices. Roasted Milk Tea Boba was nice just the way I like it. Not overly Sweet and Chewy Bobas. Many kids comes here after school so it can gets super busy. Definitely will come here for snacks and other drinks!

located in a plaza center which is sketchy. better don't keep anything in your car. Even the location is sketchy, their price is high-end tier, normal boba milk tea cost ~$6 I had the golden tofu, $6.50, it was loosely stacked and it's not even half full (see my photo), so pathetic.
