This place was meh. I decided to give it a try since is close to my house but I was a it disappointed. The people working there were very polite and attentive, however the food itself was not fresh. If you come during lunch time they usually have a buffet, but since I came for dinner, it felt some stuff was warmed up.The spring rolls were probably the best in my opinion. I also had some noodles (not shown in the picture) that were good.

I'm giving 5 star because the food is Excellent! But there is tons of room for improvement. It is a family owned business who are excellent in the kitchen but lack at front end experience. Here is where, in my opinion, they need to improve on to be a excellent restaurant. Less items on menu. Less clutter. Extra furniture doesn't need to be there. One employee to connect to the customer. Social Media - They need to upgrade their social media game. Just my 2 cents. I would wish them the most success and looking forward to going there again and again.

The lemongrass fish is the bomb! It is made of tofu and covered by seaweed then sprinkled with flakes. Other dishes like Phad Thai and crispy tofu appetiser was enjoyable as well. I’m not even vegetarian yet I like going to this restaurant. Anybody I bring here loves the all these dishes too! It’s in a great outdoor mall with plenty of parking at the back. The sign still says Mint Basil outside but they already changed to Vegan Cutie Pot. Perhaps, they added a hotpot in their menu and want to attract the hotpot crowd. There are plenty of outdoor seating and the entrance is filled with colourful greens and yellow flowers. They also serve Vegan boba drinks!

Service was pleasant, food arrived fast. Everything was fresh, tasty and filling. Extremely satisfying meal. Flavorful and amazing textures. The garlic chicken was to die for. Comforting and not so sweet taro tea hit the spot. Complementary lemon and mint water was a nice touch. Beautiful soft music playing in the background topped off this wonderful dining experience. Thanks!

This has become one of our favorite restaurants! We rediscovered Mint & Basil (Vegan Cutie Pot) a few weeks ago and have been getting take out at least once a week since. Everything we've tried have been delicious. The portions are also very good for the price. Like some of the other reviewers said, the Autumn roll is the best spring roll-type rolls that we've had. Highly recommend it. The Beyond fried rice is a lot of food and super delicious. My husband loves it. We also tried the tofu dumpling vermicelli soup, the combination vermicelli bowl, ocean porridge, and just had the Saigon sandwich with the pork belly for dinner tonight. I would recommend all of them. I had the ocean porridge and dumpling vermicelli soup on two occasions when I was sick last week. I asked for light salt and light oil and both dishes came out just perfect for helping me recover. I can't wait to try their other dishes.

A heaven for vegans! We got several dishes, from rice plates to soups and sandwiches - everything was extremely delicious!

We ordered the Vegan Fresh Durian Smoothie from here on a weekday afternoon for lunch. Service was a bit slow but everyone was very nice and polite! The durian smoothie was a bit pricey (online it's listed at $12). While it was pretty good, it tasted a bit bland compared to other durian smoothies I've had, but definitely appreciated that it was completely vegan! And it was very creamy as well some durian chunks present in the smoothie.

I was going to give this place another chance after so many... since the name changed as well, I thought they would get better.. but seems like it's not, after seeing all the reviews.. nothing has changed. What happened.. after COVID everything changed. Plates, sizes, prices. Costumer service.. I miss the old mint&basil, especially the one on story rd... but it's gone..

The food is fresh and made of the best quality. The prices are reasonable. The service is amazing. We found a new favorite restaurant!

It was just okay... went for lunch with a friend who recommended, and was excited to learn of a gegan restaurant in my area. We had the tofu rolls, which were great. Both ginger chicken and lemon grass fish were dry, salty and chewy... needed a knife to cut! The other thing we didn't notice is that both of these dishes were vegetarian as opposed to vegan. Service was friendly, but food was a bit disappointing. I'd try again, but order veggie and tofu dishes add opposed to imitation meat.

Wayyyyy over priced. I spent $50 on just a small serving of chow mein and fried rice. There should be no reason why it's that much for noodles and rice, especially with the small servings they gave. For that price I would expect alot more food for at least 2-3 people. I do not recommend this place. Go to loving hut where the prices are far more reasonable and their portions are far more fair with better taste.

Two stars because the food tasted decent. As far as service they kind of mislead you. When asking for sauces they say they don't have it, then you see it as you walk to put in another order and that is when they give it to you. The easter duck noodle soup had a good taste but that might just mean too much sodium. There was no vegan or imitation duck in there, only 3 pieces of the imitation chicken, very small amount of noodles and some mushrooms. Not worth the price. When I asked about the duck they said it only comes with chicken even though it clearly says it on the menu. I normally would have made a complaint but didn't want to ruin the fam day. All in all just stick to the basic and simple dishes because they will leave something out of the fancy dishes and act like you should have known. I wanted to try the new vegan hot pot but they will probably skimp on those ingredients as well so I will leave that off my list. As far as flavor it was good for someone trying out Vegan only food, but the tricky business scam is what will probably keep me away.

Overall, a good dining experience. For anyone looking for vegetarian or vegan options that likes plant-based proteins… this is a place for you. The dishes are tasty and the menu is large enough for anyone looking for different types of Thai items. I wasn’t a huge fan of the fresh spring rolls, but the rest of the items were pretty good. Decently priced, well located, and plenty of parking in the plaza. The food took a little while to arrive, but we had a large group so everything checked out. I would go here again!

I had a lovely time eating here. I ordered the Beyond Green Beans and Broccoli, plus the mung bean milk tea with tapioca pearls. I came with a party of six and they let us put two tables together outside. 10/10 loved the service as well. Buncha cuties working here. <3
