Sebastian, Jianne, and everyone at MOD are phenomenal and I've always had a wonderful experience with both the food and service. When I want pizza, I go to Mod. Everything is tasty and fresh. Their lemonades are also great (and I am picky about lemonade.) Thank you MOD!!!

The pizza is too small for the price. The toppings weren’t scattered, they were all placed in the center. More than one or two toppings isn’t good because the pizza is so thin that toppings make it floppy and soggy. I made my own pizza because I didn’t like the premade flavors. I prefer

I have a preference for MOD over blaze for a couple reasons, the crust is thinner and is closer to the New York style. The employees are always cheerful and friendly. The lines are never very long.

Don’t go there, disgusting place, the food line is dirty,During our order we had 3 staff members change, each time one of them started, stopped and left us without saying anything. We needed to ask someone else came to continue our order, we had 4 pizzas.They burned our pizzas and cut off the edges to remove the coal.After we got home I discovered a hair on a piece of Jalapeño and stalk of one.

I swear this place was off last night. The guy making my pizza was very nice. The dude who called me after cutting my pizza looked high as a kite. My pizza was okay.

my favorite pizza place for the family, we love it! we feel so welcome walking into the door, the service today from kimberly was excellent she greeted me with a smile and gave amazing customer service. this is the place to go for quick and fast service but most of all delicious food we will definitely we coming back again !

Walked in at the stated time for pickup and they had not started my order 25 min after I submitted the order. Same service as if I had walked in. Don’t have pick up as an option if food will not even be started at the states pick up time.
I love that Mod has cauliflower crust. It taste like regular crusts and has a nice crunch to it.

Went in tonight for dinner and needed a Christmas gift (gift card for my student aide) and even though it was a busy night Sebastian and Kimberly were AMAZING! So kind and personable. They made us feel valued even with the rush! We appreciated the great customer service, the smiles, the environment and these two made all the difference!

I ordered online, showed up at noon, when it said my pizza would be ready, and when I ask for it, they haven't even started it. I have to wait for them to finish the pizzas if people who are in line before they even make mine!! What's the point of ordering ahead if your pizza won't even be made. This is not a first time thing, it also happened to me in September, so this seems to be common practice. Very disappointed in the service, I guess it's just faster showing up than ordering online. Your workers need to be retrained. Also, the place was not busy if you're wondering. I'm not ever pre tipping again.

Understaffed during dinner hours. Imagine standing in line for at least 10-20min before they even get to take your order. I’d rather go a proper sit down pizza place than supposedly fast but slower mod pizza.
