I went with a friend who ordered Garden salad and Calexico. He tries to an avoid meat products. so he asked for no chicken on the Calexico. the woman didn't say anything. and my coworker was like sorry not sure if u heard me. no chicken please. and she grunted very lowly. my coworker turned to me all confused. she did it right. however when he ordered a garden salad. he asked for no tomatoes. He didn't want to repeat himself due to how the chicken went. she then added tomato's. he then informed her he asked for no tomato's she stared at him and looked back down and started to pick out the tomatoes 1 by 1. picking out the lettuce and dropping it on the floor to grab each piece of tomato. eventually she threw it away and made him another one after half the salad was on the floor.My time to order. I asked for the Mad Dog. and she asked me what will I be removing off the order. and I said nothing. I want al the toppings. and she then questions if I actually want all the toppings.While I guess I understand that my coworker wanted to change whats included in both his orders can make it a bit difficult for someone who doesn't want to be there. It's no reason to be rude and ignore someone. He spent the rest of the day asking if he said something wrong to her or didn't speak loud enough for her to hear.

Never coming here again. If you value your time don’t come here. Came with my partner 1hr before they close and was waiting forever to get helped even though I had one person in front of me. Then they were doing there only orders for a solid 10 min and we left after that. Not very great customer experience when they don’t pay attention to their in store customers. Needless to say we left for panda express across the street, at least they can do both online and in store without sacrifice.
Placed a take-out order on 9/10/23, basically got two incorrect pizzas me or the person I was ordering for COULD NOT EAT for dietary reasons. Called the store after to ask for a refund, the guy said it should be in my bank within the week. Refund doesn't show up for two weeks. I call three more times, TALK TO THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER, the guy says it should be fixed, STILL HASN'T. Called again today, they just said they couldn't help me. They'll get your order wrong and refuse to give you back your money.
