Cute characterized ice cream cone. It’s insta-worthy. Other than that, the taste is not that good. It’s quite bland and tasteless.
No interaction with the staff whatsoever. Order was done on the kiosk, then wait until the thing that you ordered came out. No tracking system or number calling. You have to wait at the pickup counter to see if yours is ready.

I did not know this place was in the mall till my sister told me we needed to go here for the ice cream because of the characters. I did not get to try their ice cream flavors, but their characters looked so cute on the ice cream. Plus, you are able to add different toppings to your character ice cream once it's done, like sprinkles or oreos. I got the strawberry lemon tea, and it was delicious that I finished it in about 5 minutes and left me wanting more. I would definitely...
