the place looked super nice, the waitress was super rude, we ordered beers she never brought them we had to ask for them; the ramen was expensive for what it is. Bad experience overall do not spend your money there

We sat down for 15 minutes and not a single person acknowledged we existed.
We looked right at two of the servers who looked like they were having a nice conversation.
Got up and left

My friends and I wanted to try this restaurant because they had some unique dishes like duck fat fries and Korean bowls along with ramen.
We were seated immediately on a Saturday around noon. We sat outside since we had a dog. Our server also turned on the heat lamps for us since it's February. (The restaurant picked up in busy-ness around 1pm).
I got the All Star ramen, which has chashu, pork belly, and chicken (along with bamboo, mushroom, green onion, egg). It is their meatiest ramen. It came out hot and well-plated. Their chashu and pork belly are delicious! The chicken was just okay. The noodles had a fresh texture. The broth wasn't too salty or fatty. I was pretty pleased with my ramen.
One of my friends got the tonkatsu ramen which I believe is similar to the All Star ramen.
Our other friend got duck fat fries and tsukemen ramen with fried tofu added. Our server forgot to bring his fried tofu and drink though. Our friend said his broth wasn't hot, and it was more watery/less thick than usual dipping ramens he orders, so he doesn't recommend it.
All in all, I had a good experience and I would try the pork belly bap next time if I come back.

I saw two different servers, not wearing nonslip, fell in front of our table. One of them was a manager and the other was carrying our food, most of which arrived cold. We then had to share a fork between us for most of the meal. The only food we really enjoyed was the kaarage chicken which was great, and we wish we’d ordered just that.

Tasty and nice atmosphere, but a bit overpriced like everything on Santana row

Tokyo Chicken Ramen was very very substandard. The appetizers are also very substandard and needlesly overpriced.

Extremely disappointing... Poor service (no one came to check on us for water etc .., appetizer came in after the main dish), uncomfortable seating with nowhere to put your jacket, no heating it was cold enough that you did not want to take your time eating. The taste of the food was ok but just ok. The tsukenen noodles were hot when they are supposed to be cold. We tried to give a hint we were not happy with the experience and it did not seem they even care.
Overall a bad overpriced experience and we will never visit again. I can't believe chef Morimoto would lend his name to such a disaster of a restaurant.

Vibe is great. Food is really mediocre or, bad… this is an expensive place with great decorations and service. Could be nice for dates or business meals. However, I would not recommend it for foodies.
They also charge 4% for something called “SJ employee mandate”. I barely see this in other restaurants in San Jose. I don’t know if it is legal or not.

Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. I had the gyukotsu (beef rib) ramen, but the meat was very tough and stringy, without any braised flavor. There were also many small bone shards in the bowl that made the eating experience painful. The soup and noodles were mediocre, making the kale the highlight of the meal. This is unacceptable for a $30+ bowl of ramen.
Service and ambience was good, but the food was dreadful.

Tried many dishes people recommended and everything was good or excellent. The ribs are the best. Only in California one can get interesting fusion food that comes with both pan Asian and South American influences. The part we didn’t like was the chair and table were very uncomfortable and if one has good appetite for lunch, please be prepared to pay $80 plus per head without alcohol drinks.

Heard a lot of this place but never had a chance to visit till recently.
To start off the ramen is good plain as but to go a bit deeper it is a bit pricy.
Due to the location it is a bit pricy compared to many ramen spots locally but flavor wise it is a top 3 ramen in the area as far as I've tried.
Lots of appetizers too with drinks and all. They do have a lot more then just ramen as well so it is nice.
Do come for lunch as they do have a lunch special as of now at least.

Came here to utilize my resy credits from AMEX and was overall pretty disappointed with this place. The ramen is mediocre and at ~$30 for the bowl, it definitely was not worth. Ramen nagi is still my favorite ramen spot in the Bay Area.
Service was decent and ramen came out really quickly, but the ramen lacked flavor and was just very expensive compared to all other ramen restaurants.
