Pros: Quality, Healthy, Flavorful, Fresh Portion size is good for a meal (times are tough, "American-sized" meals are LONG gone people). I ordered an Impossible Beef Salad and Crispy Cauliflower Bowl. Both were VERY good. Some of my family are trying "plant-based" diets and recommended Moonbowls. I live less than 3 miles from this shared kitchen location. For the price, flavor and portion you deserve 5 stars! Opportunities (the minus star): Pick up process - "Sam" sent me a text saying they are preparing my food, with instructions to talk to the staff on arriving. Usually this shared kitchen as automated lockers. I had to wait for someone to help me, so integrating your app to the automated system would be awesome

I DoorDashed Nutella Chia Pudding today which smelled bad and tasted disgusting. Clearly, it was expired. I have ordered multiple times from Moon Bowl but this has never happened before. I'm disappointed and I'm not sure if I will ever order again.

I LOVE moonbowls. It's literally the asian version of chipotle. You get to customize your bowl and it's so delicious and healthy! My go to is always the fried chicken bowl or sesame tofu bowl w/ jasmine rice, corn salad, roasted broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and with creamy sesame sauce! I've tried their bbq chicken and beef bowl as well, and it's all so good! Just a choice of preference. Moonbowls is located in a building that has a collective of other restaurants, so you can either order on the kiosk there or online on the website (ruff drive). Once your order is ready they put it in a locker and you'll have directions on how to open it through text! Pretty cool concept! There is unfortunately no seating, so it's a to-go food. Moonbowl does charge for utensils, so don't forget to have your own or purchase it during checkout if you're planning on eating it immediately! Overall I'd definitely recommend this place! It's my go to post gym meal :)

Did not give any instructions on how to get the food from the pick up location. I ordered three sides of sautéed mushroom, corn salad, and roasted sweet potatoes and DID NOT GET SAUTÉED MUSHROOM AT ALL...... I heard that this place was good but it made a bad first impression for me. From what I saw from others, the veggies or combination of the greens in the salad has so little portion... it was more of a side of greens instead of the amount for a regular salad. Would not recommend.

The cauliflower wings were pretty good. They have delicious sauces on the side as well. However I felt the bowl was pretty bland and could use some seasoning.

I found this food because it was delivered at our hospital and it looked good so I thought I would try it. Had no idea there isn't an actual restaurant or place to order. Yelp shows an address but it takes you to a DoorDash delivery location full of DoorDash drivers who will harass you and cat call you. Please remove the address and make it known that it's only available through DoorDash.

Big fan of this place. Ordered the BBQ Chicken Bowl and a nutella chia pudding to-go from Ruff Food kitchens, and it was flavorful and plentiful all around. The bowl itself was enough for about 1.5 portions for me. Chicken was tender, plenty of grains and veggies to justify the cost. My only complaint was I just need a little bit more sauce, but not really a knock since all the ingredients by themselves were seasoned. Although the chia seed pudding wasn't overly rich nor too sweet, I still felt the need to eat it over 2 sittings, and it was delicious both times. I actually added some oats and let those "soak" in for round 2, and it gave it an extra bite and heartiness.

Given that it's a commercial kitchen, I was hoping that the food would make up for the lack of service. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. My wife got the fried chicken plate which was mostly rice with a few pieces of chicken and the chicken wasn't crispy at all as you would expect with fried chicken. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and while there was definitely more chicken on my dish than hers, the flavors came mostly from the sauce rather than the quality of the chicken. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back here because there are some brick and mortar stores that you can get a better meal at this price point.

This is a wonderful place to get really good food, including healthy options such as the BBQ Chicken Bowl. Healthy, but delicious, options are important to me. This is my new favorite place for Uber delivery. 5 stars!

Used to love this place but they completely changed their menu. All the good stuff is gone. Change it back!

Well, that wasn’t even mediocre. I ordered the sesame tofu bowl, and couldn’t even finish it. There wasn’t any flavor in that bowl…

I really wanted to love the food, as it's been on my list of places to try for a while now. I got the impossible beef salad with jammy egg, kimchi and sweet potato. It was a huge chunk of the vegan meat with like 5 leaves of lettuce. I wasn't too big a fan of the taste. The sesame dressing was very thick, almost like a dipping sauce. I only really enjoyed their kimchi and the soft boiled egg. I also tried the garlic ginger chicken nuggets with vegan ranch. It was just average to me.

Found this place on door dash while looking for something to eat..... noticed it was only half a mile away from my location. I started browsing the pictures and my mouth immediately began to water.... I ordered the bbq chicken bowl with sesame rice, cucumbers, sautéed mushrooms and kimchee.... I added sweet tangy bbq sauce for the side. The food was almost ready when I got there and there was a seamless pick up when it was done. I got back to work and just had to show off how pretty my bowl looked. Presentation is so key and this looked amazing. When I opened it up, the strong smell of kimchee hit me first and I literally think I just stuck my head in the bowl and started chewing. Seriously, the crunch of the kimchee, the flavor of the chicken teamed with the vegetables was so complementary of each other. This was just a delicious surprise to stumble upon. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
