The Manager & Staff was absolutely incredible. Super nice, accommodating, happy to help, plus the food and drinks were 100/10. It was my first time & I will absolutely be back!

Steak was not great quality. Coen cam out cold and server was not good at all. Overall disappointing foe what is supposed to be a great steakhouse chain. Clients were not impressed at all.

Service was amazing. I got the bread, the seafood tower and the filet mignon. It was so delicious.😋

Great service and best ribeye I've ever had. Went with the 16 oz Midwest ribeye, on waiters recommendation. Best steak I've ever had. Tender, juicy, very flavorful. The other two friends I was with ordered it also and agreed it was excellent. One of my friends also ordered lobster bisque, which we all sampled- it was excellent too - good sized pieces of lobster; really delicious.

I usually go for Power Hour and find the bar bites and drinks reasonable and delicious! I love the mini shrimp Louis, mini smash burgers, and the onion rings.
We also go for special occasions to the dining area and usually they have specials for a meal for two like the tomahawk steak. Super tasty and tender.
They make a special occasion extra special with a dessert. The dining area is darker ambiance and quieter. Unless very busy, it could be louder. The bar area is cozy with bar seating and high tables for 2 mostly. A few will seat more. A big outdoor covered area as well. Great for happy hour, after work meet ups, or special occasions.

The food was lousy. The Wague beef was tought, definitely not even as good as Select grade. Service was slow and not at all attentative. The waitress tried hard but she seemed to get assigned to serve other custimers and rarely came to our table as needed.

I was really shocked. For a Morton's it's not anywhere near the level of other Morton's. We ordered the tomahawk, not great quality meat. The onion rings were overcooked and so was the steak. The truffle butter is not butter and is not truffle. As we were walking out another table was walking out as well and they also were disappointed.

Just not what it used to be. For $400 I expect. A fine dine experience. Instead, we got a table shoved in the corner/in the path of servers coming in/out of the kitchen, an inexperienced server (we had to ask for menus after being asked if we were ready to order, brought me the wrong drink after he had to come back and ask my boyfriend what “well” meant, didn't ask if we wanted more cocktails, we indicated we wanted wine with our steaks...had to ask for the wine menu and our wine didn't arrive until we were half way done with our meal). We had one of the best dining experiences here about a year ago...it's a shame it's changed so much.

Our waitress was wonderful. Attentive but not overly hovering. She made sure we had excellent service to make our evening very enjoyable.

To begin with, I am a big fan of Morton's in Asia. Singapore and Hong Kong. The quality food and the best quality service.

I expected the best of the breed quality as usual with Morton's San Jose, but it was quite a disappointed experience.

- Bread came out when I asked after a starter dish. No excuses before asking
- I used steak knife for the salad. I asked normal salad knife but they brought another steak knife
- Asked the steak medium-rare, I came out in the middle of medium and medium well-done. The stake was dried up.
- No pepper service asked with steak.
- After opening and the first serving the wine, nobody served again. I opened 180$ bottle, fyi.
- They brought the bill before we finish, without any explanation.
My first experience at fine-dining place.

Morton's San Jose reminded me the goodness of Morton's SG and HK.

The food was delicious. This was the second time we've eaten at Morton's. The first was in Burbank.

Food was great, service has dropped significantly. As far as the amenities expect none.

Half the size of San Francisco location. Same good taste. Best thing I liked was not on the menu: the waitress trainee. Cheers!
