Thank You Robi 4 taking my Reservation on such a Short Noticed. I’m happy we chose this Mosaic Restaurant and Ultra Lounge to celebrate a special birthday here. I definitely enjoyed the warm, chill, and pleasant atmospheres! Nice Compfy Lounging Areas !!!!!Great Selections of Drinks, Beers, Wines, Cocktails Options. Festives, Fun, & Fabulous!!!!!Thank you all the staffs for their Nice Services, Joel, for making this a beautiful and a memorable First-time experience!!🙃

Very disappointed. We wanted to come here for a nice family dinner for four, however it took over an hour to receive our food or any service. It wasn't crowed or understaffed either. And the food; not worth the price they charge. You can get a better meal AND service at your local Chinese restaurant than here. If you're looking to pay a pretty penny for tasteless food and slow service, this is the place for you.

Tried to book a table for 11 people and the whole process was a disaster from the start. The owner answered the phone, but speaking to him felt like walking into a wall they were impatient, spoke so heavily I couldn’t follow what they were saying, and came off as arrogant and condescending. It was like they already thought they were too good to deal with a simple reservation.

When I called back to fix it, no one answered. Four hours later they finally called me back totally unacceptable. Then I tried reserving online the website looked ancient, half the functionality was broken or missing, and it was impossible to get a proper booking done. Clearly no effort has been put into maintenance or improvement.

On top of that they remain arrogrant and closed minded. Reading other reviews, I saw the owner threw a line about “Mosaic enjoys many 5-STAR reviews, which helps mitigate reviewers like you.” That tells you everything. They’re not interested in listening or improving. They’re full of themselves. I don’t care about their shiny 4 stars if this is how they treat people who just want a table. Total waste of time.

Love this restaurant. So good! The calamari amazing and the pop sticks so good as well. Martino (Martin) was such an amazing host. We had missed our reservation for my fiancé’s birthday dinner at a different dinner and he made every experience amazing. We really appreciate him for comforting us and making it up for him. Thank you

It was pretty empty the night we went. It was before Thsnksgiving break. This is a hotel lounge not a separate club. Two up and coming comedians practiced their acts with an audience of 8. The wait staff service was very nice and those who ate enjoyed their food. Menu has limited asian fusion options and about two vegan options. Nice atmosphere and dark decor but comfortable.

Went on a Friday - every where else was crowded. 5:30 ish no one except another 2 people... Should have been a clue. Server was excellent food was dull had Tofu, side dish of carrots neither had any taste :o(

I've not had a worse experience anywhere before.
- We were seated for 40 minutes before someone took our order
- They were out of half of the things on the menu
- Order took another 50 minutes to arrive
- When food arrived, we could tell that it's microwaved
- No one brought the check to us for 20 mins.
- We ourselves got up and gave the cashier the Credit card at the end and walked out.

Not a good experience for our team celebrating at OCP. No rice and noodles. Service sub par, $46 sea bass came with a few undercooked vegetables.

I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences here. After being seated, it took the servers 20 minutes just to come to our table and take drink orders. We thought things would get better after that, but it only went downhill.

We ordered a few appetizers, and the first one didn’t arrive until an hour later. The rest trickled out one by one over the next hour, so by the time we got everything, half of it was cold and no one was even hungry anymore.

To make things worse, the food itself was less than marginal, bland, poorly presented, and definitely not worth the long wait. The staff seemed totally unorganized and didn’t check in on us at all during the long wait. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic service and timely food. Sadly, this was a total letdown. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy waiting forever for your meal.

Ordered an old fashioned, advertised as $18. Bill came out reflecting $22.

Sat at the bar, as the second person there. Took them over 5 minutes to acknowledge me and over 10 minutes to order a drink.

Way overpriced and service sucks.

Food is yummy. I only have 1 real issue. I ordered cucumber wakame salad. There was NO cucumber. It was a seaweed salad, which tasted fine.
Edit: taking one more star off. Dessert order was ice cream. I specifically asked for silverware. Wait staff confirmed its there. I sit down to eat and there's no spoon. Knife can only do so much with ice cream 🙄

The food is very good home cooking and great fried chicken! It has been recently remodeled and everything is nice and clean inside. The service is friendly!
