Chicken wings was stale and cold , soup felt like canned soup , oily fries , watery cocktails. Not a single order was good. Would definitely not go back here!!!

Some friends and I stopped here after a Sharks game for dinner. We were promptly seated by a friendly waitress and initially had high opinions of the restaurant based on the appearance. Those opinions quickly changed when we tried to order. We weren't told there was only one chef and the wait would be an hour, so we each ordered a standard dinner sized dish. Then we waited... And waited... And waited some more. Eventually we noticed other folks were walking out of the restaurant because they hadn't received any service or food yet.About an hour later, we asked for our food to just be packaged to go because it was so late. Around 10 minutes later we got our food and left.Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

My wife and I arrived for dinner at 6 PM on Saturday. It took 8 minutes to get seated, 20 minutes to order, but our food came in 10 minutes. This was clearly a staffing issue, they only had a single server and one bartender working the entire front of house. Both were working very hard, but it was just way too busy for so few staff. The food was fine, but not excellent. Portions were adequate and everything was cooked appropriately, but flavors didn't stand out, which is a shame.Overall I don't recommend eating here until management figures out their staffing issues.

The waiter was scattered. There were no cooks until late because they had not showed up on time. The dish I ordered ($38.00) crab stuffed salmon with broccoli was barely warm. I sent it back and ended up with the same dish I sent, however, the broccoli was barely warm and the fish was extremely hard and dry because they over heated the one I had returned. I used to frequent this restaurant and have the place I work have events here but won’t be returning.

Good choice of Asian inspired food. I found things a little to salty for my taste. The crab stuff salmon was cooked perfectly.

The worst experience we had at this place. Despite making reservations, we had to wait for an hour to get seated. They couldn’t find the table for us and hence asked to seat us at waiting area lounge. They were understaffed and the food was horrible. All of us ordered different items and none of it was cooked. It was all frozen food which they heated or undercooked. Never coming back !! It doesn’t even deserves 1 star

It was great 5 years ago, now it's barely in business and I believe it will close down very soon.

The food was HORRIBLE! The worst meal I have had in years. The egg rolls were hard and greasy, the hot and sour soup was cold and tasted weird, the chicken in the salad was hard and it didn't taste like chicken. We left hungry. I would suggest going to McDonald's or Taco Bell. You will get a much better meal. There was only one waiter so the service was a bit slow, but he was friendly.

We enjoyed a pre-opera dinner on Friday night. It was very quiet which allowed for pleasant conversation. The assortment of bar bites and appetizers was extensive and satisfying. We selected the sliders, potstickers and calamari. They were ample enough to satisfy three diners. We also ordered the rice dish with Chinese sausage which was very tasty. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. We were very pleased and will return.

If you are ready to wait 30+ minutes just to get water and 50+ minutes for simple salad then it’s perfect place for you. Also if you are looking to ruin your special day like birthday/anniversary/valentine then don’t look further… if you will start for dinner by 9pm here then mostly likely you wl end up eating it next day past midnight…I took my husband here for dinner on valentines and this place did justice to spoil it with bland food and worst service we have ever witnessed.Good luck to folks who are super hungry and looking for bon appetite!!!

Update as of 02/07/24This place has changed owners and the original staff that brought this place to life no longer work there. I'd say look for other establishments.4 year old review below:This place is amazing. They have a great atmosphere and staff. If you like old fashions Eric and Liz are your people. So smooth. Also if you are looking for great beers Matt is your guy to give you great options on what to choose I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were largely ignored by the waiting staff, the food was small in portion for what you pay, and the flavor was bad enough that for the first time in years I simply didn't eat what I ordered after tasting it. The ambiance and decor is rather "fancy" and that makes for a nice environment I suppose...Monday, January 15th at approximately 8pm local time

I recently celebrated my wife's birthday at this fantastic restaurant. The fried tofu was perfectly crispy, the Thai-style noodles were flavorful, and the miso ginger salmon was a delightful surprise. Food came pretty quick and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The manager went above and beyond, treating us to a complimentary and delicious ice cream. Five stars for the incredible food and exceptional service!
