Overall, the pizza here is pretty good. I'll give them that. What makes it such a low rating is the service. They staff are rude and very dismissive. I've never eaten inside and have only done take out, but the interaction has always been negative. This makes me never want to eat inside or really recommend the spot to others.

I went it to order, and immediately the cashier was being rude. She was telling me if I spoke English and was being super rude. It wasn’t very busy at the time but I was trying to figure out what to order. And immediately was brought with if I speak English or not. I won’t be coming back and I would rather go to a different mountain mikes where I’ll be respected.

Ordered hawaiin pizza for take out. Pizza was really dry with burnt crust.

Customer service is horrible here, the younger Indian female asked me if I spoke English and started raising her voice at me I will never return to this location again.

I went after work to get a pizza and ordered one of their pre-set ones, the McKinley, I believe. It comes with several ingredients and I asked to omit the bell peppers and tomatoes and replace with extra of the mushrooms and black olives. The man taking my order absolutely refused. He was willing to omit the items, but not replace them unless I paid extra for each. Apparently, this is a Mountain Mike's policy, because if you try to order online the same thing happens. Fine, there are other pizza places that don't nickel and dime their customers to make themselves an extra couple of bucks, while they are saving themselves money by not providing other ingredients. I won't ever step foot or order a Mountain Mike's pizza. This corporate greed out of control and it won't stop until people make them feel it in their wallets.

So great pizza and pretty fast service! I don’t think they have been open at this location to long but the pizza is great! Love the garlic knots to.

I only tried the wings, so I can’t speak for the pizza (though it seemed popular, with lots of customers coming in to pick up orders). The wings were okay—not bad, but definitely not fresh. The classic wing sauce is solid, but I’d skip the honey garlic if I were you. On the bright side, the ranch dressing was excellent.

Now for a little rant: they sell the chicken by weight instead of by the piece, which I’m not a fan of. Also, no carrots or celery? What happened to those being a standard, free addition?

That said, the place has some great points:
• Super friendly staff
• Spotlessly clean
• Plenty of seating
• Two big TVs playing sports

It’s a nice spot overall, but the wings 🤷🏻‍♂️

I visited this pizza yesterday at 9:35 the employee said sorry we are going to close the online timing are till 10 few days ago i want to place an order for delivery the employee name arjun said sorry we are going to close the time was 9:30 this is not good you have need to solve this problem
